Why should we remove warn/ban?
I never do things like this when I'm on, I'm usually doing stuff and chilling on my HELIX CO or killing baddies on my EOW. I was testing a new synergy (Brawler) to use for a tasking in EOW called ANTI-SHIELD. The tasking is to kill 10 shielded rebels with melee. I was using it mainly to kill RUs with and such. Things were fine until I saw Adi was cuffed with Dave in the CWU bar that was set up. I though it would be funny if I executed them with my stunstick, so I asked everyone to move away from me. After a few warnings, I swung at Dave and killed him along with accidentally killing a CWU in the explosion. I shrugged it off like it was alright then moved onto Adi. I asked again and even yelled for people to back away so that they wouldn't die, but the result says otherwise. After killing Adi, I looked in the feed and pretty much everyone that was in the bar had died. I laughed initially until I was pulled by Kowalski into a sit. I explained to him my reasoning for the synergy and why I wanted to kill Adi in specific. I was then banned and here I am now. I feel I can't go a week without getting on. Vulkan needs me on as one of his COs and I do too much work in HELIX for all that to just come to a sudden holt. I'm also 1 of the 3 EOW NCOs and am also needed there to lead people and show a good example (which today was clearly not showing the best of). I apologize for the incident and promise it won't happen again under any circumstances. I'll be more aware of my surroundings when using the Brawler synergy to make sure I don't kill anymore friendlies on accident.
Evidence/Other: I have none with me due to this all being so sudden.
Play stupid games and get stupid prizes. This is gonna be a -1 from me as you knew full well that more than that person you were going to kill were going to die.
+1 to reducing the ban itself rather than full unban.
I think him warning the players to back off so they wouldn't die, is an adequate warning for them to disperse so they wouldn't die by the explosion.
But idk how staff deal with this perhaps it'll be another "rdm remains rdm" regardless of what happened.
As niko once said: "fuck around and find out" this is coming to a -1, You know what it does and yet you still decided to go the dangerous and risky route to hit him with a stunstick, you knew it could kill more people yet you still did it. I'm sorry but it is what it is.

this is my first time ever using brawler synergy, I had no fucking idea what the blast radius was and therefore who would die
-1,
You’re a cool guy and I’m sure you do a lot of good work for helix. However, respectfully none of that matters because as a player you agree to the rules of the server.
The CWUs that failed to listen to should be somewhat accountable (in character) for not listening to your warnings, but again you also chose to test it then and there instead of simply waiting for a better opportunity. The consequences of your actions are thus given.
Good luck otherwise, if I’ve gotten something wrong feel free to respond.
So, just to put it out there.
You had killed people prior before doing this and you knew full well the extent of its radius, the amount of distance between you and your teammates was for the most part 2-3 steps away, some even being RIGHT next to you.
You cannot argue negligence. https://imgur.com/a/SYREszN
+1, this does not warrant an OOC punishment, it should have been an IC punishment. Dave was capped, the guy cannot deal damage any other way if he's using the melee explosive perk. And if he did truly tell people to back off like he claims, then I do not see an issue here.
Not saving the unit would have been an IC punishment anyway.

I didn't know the extend Kowalski. If you check the logs 90% of my kills are on 1 person and 1 person alone.

Lots of people don't realize brawler explosion is MASSIVE. Also supporting because you gave fair warning.
