Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.: I really want to be a part of the staff team to help out the community, I could take ticket's and help the community by stopping rule breaker's before its too late. I've been a staff member on different server's ( I wont address them here as Advertisement but if you want to know then DM me ) I'm also pretty active on the server which makes me able to do staff duties for quite some time. In the weekends then i'm able to play up till 15 hours a day and weekdays I could play ATLEAST 4-7 hours a day. I'm also pretty experienced with ULX as i've been a Head Moderator on other server's and i've been a GM on CvR.
Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. I should be accepted for the staff team because of my Activity. I should also be accepted because of my previous staff experience. I'm pretty known with the ULX commands and i know all the simple and advanced commands. I was also pretty known in the community for some while on Outlands V1.
Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted? Yes i do.
Any staff who can vouch for you?: No.
An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? I'd wait until a ticket appears as it might have been a joke between 2 friends. If a ticket does appear i'd bring the civilian and ask him what happend. Then after listening to him i'd ask who killed him and TP the union to me. Then i would ask him what happend. This would all depend on what happend. Then after hearing both stories i'd ask if anyone has video proof as the civilian might have went into the CL1+ Area(s). If nobody got video evidence of what happend then i'd tell them that if they want it sorted then they should record their gameplay and then return them.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? I'd bring the HECU and tell him that he Cannot RP defect. If he wants to help out combines then he should become a CWU or switch to his combine character. Even if its for RP purposes then RP defecting is counted as FailRP. I'd then proceed to warn him and tell him that he shouldnt try to RP defect again.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? I'd tell them that they are not allowed to do anything to my RP character as sits would be considered OOC. Then if he did proceed to demote me after the sit then i'd report it to his higher ups. Now back to the sit, I'd tell him that he shouldnt try to Demote me because of a sit. If he wants to infiltrate as a CO then he should ATLEAST notify their team as they dont need perms to infil. I'd then warn him for Infiltrating without notifying his team ( Not sure what category that goes in ) and return him as he's a CO i wouldnt think he should get a verbal, As a CO he should atleast know the infil rules and what hes doing.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?: I'd ban them for the longest time i can as a Trial Mod ( Not sure but i think 12 hours ) And then inform a higher ranked Staff member about this so they could ban him for longer. DDOS threats are not appreciated even if its a joke or not.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?: I'd record it with Shadowplay and ask higher ranks if he's doing something that is allowed ( I'd basically explain what he's doing ) And then send in the recording to them so they could inspect what he was doing.
+1 App is pretty decent. Seems like a good addition to the staff team. Although, I would try to make your responses separate from the question (remove bold from responses) so that it's a bit easier to distinguish between the two.

Besides the fact that you could un-bold the answers, this application is pretty well made and shows you are willing to put effort into getting Staff, and your previous experience as a GM can probably help.
Alongside this, you are in EU which allways needs some more Staff.
Just an all around good pick to become an admin i'd say.

Yes your app is well done and yes you have been very active which would be a key part of being a staff member. However. You've had some behavior issues on the server which why im holding back. Also I've seen you reconnect multiple times to reset your Disguise and im most certain SU that do that are frowned upon from their own division.
May sound like bs reasoning but its general concern.
+1 Because your application is well thought out and a okay read, I'll support you in as an addition to the administration team if they do decide to let you in. Though your behavior concerns me in a way. The unknown is what bothers me, but the trial phase is what that is for. I hope to get to know you better should you join the team or even if you don't as I like to be friends with those that play on the server.
