What is your suggestion?
A: To implement some sort of system where gamemasters/staff can remove all perk effects by some mean whilst doing events (Mostly for small-scale events, ones which dont require a debrief)

How would this benefit the server?
A: Gamemasters would have a less stressful time managing people who do end up using perks during events, who then have to deal with people complaining about not having any good perks. it makes the event organiser and the event attendees have a better experience.

+1 this would not only benefit small scale events but also tryouts.

A good idea, the only complication would be the nerds who insist that their Personal Problem ™ is everybody's problem when they can't use their 300 Billion Credit investiture in perks to singlehandedly destroy the entirety of an opposing team and instead have to rely on their Boring Default Loadout (that they joined a class for).

It would be useful if it were separated into two functions, ideally as ULX commands;
-Disable Perks (uses normal ULX syntax)
-Enable Perks (uses normal ULX syntax)

So that perks could be enabled or disabled for individuals as well as groups, making things like managing tryouts or small-scale Events just a matter of targeting only the people personally involved with the situation, while ULX Syntax allows for the entire server to be targeted should the need arise.

+1, although GM's would still have to kill all the players because perks do not disable until death. same would go for weapons/armor but ig thats what strip and set health/armor are for
