I want to help this server be a server where people can have fun without having to worry about stupid rule-breakers. And honestly, i just want something to do when i'm bored of normal gameplay. As an MP CO, i am used to dealing with trouble-makers and their excuses, and can usually tell who to listen to. i will always listen to both sides of an argument and be fair to all sides. Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted? yes Any staff who can vouch for you? probably not An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing. What do you do? I will find out if it was a valid kill. First i would check logs. If i did not find anything there than i would bring the civ and ask him about what hapend. If the civ says it was not a valid kill i would then bring the union and question him. If the results were that the kill was valid, then i would return both of them. But if it was not valid, i would check the unions past offences and give appropriate punishment. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect". How do you proceed as a staff member? I would bring the HECU and inform him that "RP defecting" is against the rules and failrp. i would warn him for entering base borders, return him outside base borders, and spectate him. if he goes in again, i would bring him again, yell at him about following rules, and warn, kick, and/or possible ban depending on how cooperative he is and his past offences. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? I would tell the CO that they cannot demote for OOC actions such as bringing them to a sit, give them a verbal warning, and continue the sit. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? Grab evidence and steamids, ban them, and send the evidence and steamids to a higher ranked staff member for a ban extension You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? I would take pics and/or video, then ask a higher ranking staff member. if it was not allowed i would send them the pics and/or video so they can do what they will with the rulebreaker.
-1 After reading your application it feels like you are either young (this is not a problem) or just didn't put much effort into your application, in my opinion not having a microphone is not a bad thing but it will indeed downgrade a staff member's effectiveness whenever taking sits and having to explain to someone how the rules work.
Lastly I have had a few experiences with you in-game and I honestly have barely seen you interact with other people and it leads me to think you are not staff material, the only experience I clearly remember having with you was explaining to you that camping the exit of the combine's protected areas was spawn camping. (You were aiming down the road into their spawn with a resistance sniper, so I explained it to both of you.).
I have nothing against you or you becoming a staff member, this vote might get changed depending on future interactions and if I can see more from you.
I feel as your reasons for wanting to become staff could be expanded, and in general your app could also be improved. I will change my vote if your app changes.

Hello If your serious about applying I would recommend putting some more into your application, MP could be compared to staffing but no really. MP is a IC rp and at most things like tking.
With Server staff you are ONE person watching 90 people. You have to record proof of stuff, check logs, and alot more complicated things that I would get into if you were accepted such as ULX and how to use them.
Next your questions are wrong specifically the CO threatening you, and here's the wonderful thing about access to logs that I can agree with the people above me.
One) Your activity is at random. If you get accepted you need to improve that or your not gonna last long as a staff member, We need people to be ready and active, just like any of the IC jobs.
However some things I will disagree on above.
You do not need a mic as a staff member, I have done my job successfully as a staff member always able to quickly handle sits in a quick way, correct, and all without a mic. not getting into reasons why.
And mistakes happen. however everything else is gonna play an affect, you have a couple of more days to improve this, get to know the staff members know, make yourself known. prove to them you can do the job even get us to see it and then most likely people will reconsider their views as of right now. So keep at it.
But most importantly you gotta make it presentable in both this application, and the server.
