Despite the new influx of staff I still see lots of cases where there are no staff on, or very little leading to the workload to become way too much for a singular staff member. I have been staff here before and the experience of giving back to and helping the state and enviroment of server was very enjoyable and I hope I can reprise that experience.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
Since the player is a grey UNION there's a good chance they are a new player who doesn't quite know about civilians yet. I would explain what civilians are and then let him go, only punishing him if he becomes a repeat offender.
Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed?
applications are not allowed anymore outdated ass format LOL!!
I would check #subdivision-change to check if their SteamID has been noted as having passed applications, if so I would simply give them the whitelist. If not I'd explain this to them and perhaps contact a Sniper CO to see if he possibly forgot to log it.

Since this person is already experienced enough to have passed HECU tryouts I definitely expect him to know that you can not defect this way. I would warn him for FailRP and alert his CO's.

I would check if the CROSS had not attacked anybody, if the CROSS had not attacked anybody I can assume that means this was simply a scouting mission, which does not break any rules.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
I would try to calm the CO down and insist he does not have to take it this far. If he continues to show this behaviour, I would alert his higher CO about the situation.
A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules?
I feel like none of the prop vehicle/building rules clearly state that this is not allowed, however I would check up with a higher ranking staff member to see if it's allowed.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.

I would ban the players for the longest time I can and then send evidence up to higher ranking staff members so they can permanently ban them.

I would tell them that what they're doing may be a bit questionable, if they really insist and seem reckless with it, I would take it up to somebody with a staff member of a rank higher than the both of us.
Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action?
If it's a funny obvious fake IP I wouldn't do anything about it, but if I suspect it's a real IP I would have a sit with him about it and make a proper judgement from there.
