I've grown an attachment to the server and the people that play on it. I have fun playing on the server and will have more fun helping it. PS Sanders (Oil) An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? If a ticket is posted by the civi, I would bring them to a safe and isolated location and ask them to explain what exactly happened as well as provide the information about the union such as their name. Once thats done, I bring in the Union to hear his side of the story. Depending on the situation the Union will just be informed about the rules of engagement with civilians. Otherwise its a warning. Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed? I would ask questions to the person needing the WL about who trained them and when they passed.[color=rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.7)] [/color]I would verify the information by looking through the subdivision changes or through the CO that trained him. If all seems to be in order, they would get the WL. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? If a ticket is made, I would go through the proper channels to deal with the situation. Otherwise, this is not a staff issue as it is an RP matter. A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action? I would check the chat logs to see if they are infilling to scout, they should be ok if they didn't kill anyone. However, if they are indeed infilling without anyones knowledge. I would bring them somewhere and tell him the problem. I would then warn him and notify his COs. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? Take note of the encounter by recording it, then take it to a higher CO informing them about their actions. A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules? If its in base, not really since hes not really harming anyone outside base borders (unless he is). But outside of base, yes it is against the rules. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? Ban them immediately, if I do not possess the power to ban then record the interaction and send it to someone who can. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.

If their reason is absolute dogshit then I would take note of the encounter and report it to a higher staff member.
