Why should we remove warn/ban?
I was apart of a Foxhound MD during my time back in CVR as a small lil nooblet... Having access to the climbswep is fun, I have so much people talkin in my ear about straight nonsense and tomfoolery. Im in the groove yknow and climb up to a surface, shoot at a combine soldier but then realize their spawn was right there (person wasn't in spawn) so I jump down, Upon doing so I learn that on the other side of what I climbed has the text "Rebels may not go on these rooftops" Where I climbed does NOT have that posted. Now I saw it as I jumped off, stood still as I realized I fucked up and was killed. An admin saw it happen, and I was warned and banned for a week. I wasn't given any time to explain either. I didn't impact any gameplay, and instantly realized my mistake after I committed it, not before. Free me...
Upon further review, we've determined that a full warn & ban for something that could've easily been given a verbal warning instead, given the described circumstances, isn't proportionate to what was done here.
