If you are an inexperienced staff member who has been recently made an Operator and you are unsure of how to handle certain situations, I have dug-up an old document that I made and posted on the last forums which was used to help newly recruited staff. Please refer to this if you have no peer available to help you and you need a general reminder of the Do's and Dont's, and if you are looking to enter the CvR Staff Team, feel free to use this as a starting point to familiarize yourself with what should be expected from you.
