What is your suggestion?
A: Remove the MMOD RPG and replace it with the LFS Stinger RPG (aka the RPG we had 2 maps ago).

How would this benefit the server?
A: The current RPG has a number of problems that make using it on any type of vehicle or heavy infantry difficult and frustrating.

The laser guide can be toggled, but the toggle doesn't work correctly. Pressing the toggle key doesn't work unless you hold it down for a second, at which point the laser rapidly turns itself on and off until you release the toggle button- resulting in the laser randomly being on or off depending on your timing. The laser also resets itself to "on" every time you die, or are revived, forcing you to do it again if you prefer keeping it in dumb-fire mode (as you would, unless you specifically want to fight air vehicles).

The rocket launches out from the weapon in a weird (though semi-realistic) way, where it hesitates in the air in front of the shooter for a moment before the rocket motor ignites. This makes it very difficult to attack infantry and moving vehicles as you have to compensate for the delay in addition to travel time.

The rockets are too slow to effectively fight air vehicles. We all remember the gunship was removed because it could easily go faster than RPG rockets and was essentially unkillable. In addition, even when fighting slowly-moving air vehicles (as one does in the current map's very small skybox), the laser guide relies on maintaining constant contact with the air vehicles, which is easily interrupted by lag or the vehicle moving near trees.

Using the laser guide while firing at a small, stationary target will result in a miss because the immense recoil of this recoil-less weapon causes the laser to move away from the target, forcing you to fiddle with the broken laser toggle in time-sensitive situations if you don't want this to happen.

The RPG also has actions that go on far longer than the animations they're tied to. Unholstering and holstering, as well as reloading, all clearly take far more time than the animations would suggest.

Rockets have a hitbox that's larger than the actual rocket model, resulting in rockets colliding with terrain and cover when they shouldn't. Firing through doorways, for instance, will often result in the rocket exploding at the threshold as if it hit the doorframe.

The older LFS Stinger has faster, more accurate rockets, and is wonderful at fighting air vehicles because it has a lock-on. It doesn't suffer (as far as I know) from weird hitboxes and doesn't have a laser toggle to fiddle with. It also doesn't take forever to put away and take out and, while its animations are arguably uglier, they don't block your view as much as the MMOD animations. It would be overall much better to use without being significantly different balance-wise, and the only issue is that it'd have to be modified to have 0 blast radius like the current launcher.
