As my involvement with CvR increases more and more I feel as if it is only natural that I apply for staff. I feel as if staff would be a great opportunity for me to further bring guidance to newer players around the server and to assist those more experienced and all around bring a more enjoyable experience to the server and myself. Finally, due to my “unique” time zone I am able to be present off-peak times to provide assistance where there otherwise might not be any.

It's obvious to see my commitment to the server, either staying up or waking up at harrowing hours of the night (3-5AM) in order to play. My understanding of rules allows me to make proper judgment & I am able to remain levelheaded/positive at all times. I have held positions in different staff teams elsewhere, some of which are very senior so I have a general understanding of how staff works, even if it may be different than others. I understand that my timezone may make things difficult but during the times when I am on I ensure that I will fulfill any necessary duties.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing. What do you do? First, I would bring the civilian and get their perspective of the story, after receiving it I would return the Civ. I would then bring the union and explain what I have been told and ask for their side of the story. Depending on their explanation of the event and how well it matched up with the Civilians story I would then decide if a warn or other punishment is warranted.
Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed? I would go to Sub-Division changes in the Rebel Discord to check if it has been logged. If so I would give them their whitelist. If not I would contact a Sniper CO to confirm they passed before giving the whitelist.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect". How do you proceed as a staff member? I would bring the HECU to a secluded area of the map and inform him that it is the incorrect way to join Combine/initiate an RP event. I would tell them the proper way to try to start RP (through a GM for example), and that he is allowed a class on both factions. I would then commend his efforts to try to create a roleplay scenario, and that it was unfortunately outside the bounds of the rules. Finally I would inform the relevant COs of what happened.
A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action? I would use the servers logs to check if they have killed or damaged anyone, if so I would inform them that they are not allowed to shoot into rebel spawn base and that while scouting you are unable to kill or shoot anyone. I would end the sit by warning the Cross and informing their CO of what happened.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go. How do you handle this? During the sit I would remind them that they must follow all rules and that CO doesnt circumnavigate these rules. I would then give the necessary punishment. To ensure that they don’t demote any character I have I would record the entire sit as evidence to send to anyone to reinstate my positions.
A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules? Yes, it breaks rule D3.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it. What do you think you should do? I would gather screenshots/videoclips of the offenders threats. I would then hastily ban them permanently for the threats. After the situation was resolved in-game I would provide evidence to Senior/Head Staff as to inform them of the threat to allow them to pass it up the chain.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed. What do you do? I would first record the questionable event without notifying the offending staff, then I would read through all the rules again to confirm that they were breaking rules. After confirming that it is against the rules I would send evidence of the rulebreak plus context to their superiors.
Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action? Due to the fact that posting an IP is not taken lightly, I would immediately bring the NCO to a sit and permanently ban them for posting it. I would inform them to make an appeal/talk to senior staff if it was a fake ip or they think the ban was false or unfair.
