I've always wanted to be apart of the staff team and that's because I love this server and I love the people. I wanna make a contribution to the server and I think becoming a staff member will help me make that contribution. I am always active in the server and the people in the game and me becoming staff would make me more than happy because I get to interact with people that I normally maybe wouldn't have. Also because I truly believe that me becoming a staff member I truly believe I can make a difference no matter how small it may seem

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing. What do you do?
If the civilian makes a ticket I would respond to it and deal with it accordingly. But if one wasn't made I'd assume it was an accident and move on.
Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed?
I would first confirm with the sniper Co's first before continuing with giving the person the sniper whitelist. If the player was lying I would warn them for lying to staff and try to get a whitelist they didnt apply for
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect". How do you proceed as a staff member? If that happens I would bring the HECU unit in and tell him that its failrp and defection is against the server rules, I would then warn him for failrp, I would also take a screenshot of the HECU units name, and then report him to his Co's
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go. How do you handle this?
Firstly I would bring the unit in and before anything else can continue I would start recording the whole interaction, then what I would do is I'd warn him for failrp and attempting to blackmail staff with a demotion, and lastly report the SU/MACE to their higher ups
A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules?
Yes this is definitely breaking the rules and it will count as prop killing which is not allowed at all. I would also take a screenshot of the grids name or engineer or techs name via a screenshot also with their steam ids and report them to their Co's. then the grid will be warned for prop killing
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it. What do you think you should do?
Firstly I'd start recording the whole situation going on record the situation and take screenshots of the names in involved and also record their steam ids and contacting a higher staff member, kick them from the server and if I can start banning them to avoid a chance of a DDOS taking place. Also I would contact the higher staff members in the discord as soon as possible so they can deal with the problem as they see fit.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed. What do you do?
I'd take a screenshot of them doing it and contact another high ranking staff member and inform them of this specific staff member of what there doing and show them the screenshots and let them deal with the other staff member
Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action?
The NCO would get brought to a staff sit and will be asked if it was a real IP, If it was I'd would warn them because its extremely fucked up and could possible endanger someone's life. If they did it again I'd take more drastic measures.

Almost all of your answers look good except the last one. Dropping IPs even as a joke is an instant ban, the server can’t risk having that reputation.
Also for the future asking in ooc to read your app (albeit, we could’ve responded more promptly) is not a good look.
