What's your reason for becoming Gamemaster?
I wanted to become a GM a lot of time ago, but because of some restrictions(you needed to be a moderator to appeal). After those restrictions were removed by previous HGM, I wasnt playing that much and thought that I will be very inactive, till this moment. I found a decent amount of time to dedicate on the server(especially events). Main reasons for becoming Gamemaster is:
1. Repetitive gameplay, because the "spawn-shoot-die" algorythm isnt always fun, events shall entertain people and move this algorythm away by making unique/original events.
2. It is interesting to make events and spectate how it goes, especially if event that good.
3. The feedback of the event(atleast the positive one). It is really great when your efforts are appreciated by attendees of the event.
Have you ever been Event Staff or anything similar on other servers? If so please list below.

Explain how you take criticism from other people, from constructive to border-line harassment. Constructive criticism: The second most influential thing in getting better is the constructive criticism. They point out most of the problems your event have and sometimes the person giving you a constructive criticism will point out how to fix them.
Border-line harassment: Trying to calm down the person who is doing that and try to get the proper criticism is the best you can do in such a situation. Literal harassment which is mostly meaningless: Ok
A Combine CmD has openly expressed their distaste for an event you're doing at that moment. It has gotten to the point where he is actively disrupting your event. What is your course of action?
First thing I will do is ask him what's wrong with the event. If his suggestion is actually good I will try to fix my event with that suggestion applied, however, if his suggestion will make the event overall worse quality, I will tell him that and how it will affect the event. If he doesn't care and after the talk he will still disrupt the event, I will call either staff or HGM about that and probably tell DvL who oversees that CMD's subdivision about that act.
A Resistance Fighter starts PMing you with some questions about a recent event you've done. However, because you were AFK, he has started harassing you. What is your course of action?
I will tell him that I was AFK all this time and not ignoring him. If RF still tries to harass me, I will tell him to cool down and that I wont answer his question if he won't act properly.
What are GM's permissions both inside and outside of events? I actually don't know.If I am correct, he can do almost everything for the sake of the event and its proper functionality with the perms of HGM and AllahSentinel(except, of course, crashing the server) Outside of events, he can do basic thing staff do like whitelisting Recruits, DOORSTUCKs and unstuck vehicles.
You are hosting an important Post-Event DB and all of a sudden, the CO's ask you to leave so they can do their DB and exclude yours. What is your course of action?
1. Tell them that the Post-Event DB is very essential and that they can make their own DB after Post-Event DB. if doesnt work, then: a. Tell them I will do the Post-Event DB after theirs. if doesnt work, then: I. Tell staff or HGM about this situation, maybe inform their higher COs about it. I can't do really that much in this situation.
A Gamemaster who said he would be assisting you in an event later on today hasn't shown up and now the event is running behind schedule. What should you do?
1.If he is online and not in the server:
Tell him to get on(maybe postpone this event for some time).
A.If he says he can't get on for some reasons: Ok.
2. If he isn't online at all
Do the event by yourself, which may reduce the quality of event itself OR call staff if they are not busy, other GMs to help me with the event.
3. Desperate option
Cancel the event.
After getting a green light on an event, you notice there are 3 vehicles deployed at once. It is causing a little lag, what is your course of action?
Tell the drivers and others related to the deployment of those vehicles to undeploy them, If possible, remove them and refund with points. Most of my events will have vehicle restrictions, So I will inform them if their vehicles are allowed in the event. Also, I will take this "little lag" thing in the account of next event and probably find the solution to either reduce it or remove this lag at all.
What's the process GM's take before making events, from start to finish. (This is what YOU think)
1. Heh, funny event idea;
2. Heh, gonna try to make similar one in the singleplayer server;
3. Heh, this event is surely good;
4. Heh, get permission from the higher GMs or Sentinel for this event if it is either a big event or need to spawn npcs.
5. Heh, finding proper space for this event.
A Resistance Captain is openly criticizing your event when he isn't in the event itself. It has gotten to the point where he is interrupting your important adverts relating to the event. What should you do?
Tell him that it is against the rules to use advert like that or it is a no-no to disrupt the event and it will make him get warned. If he stops doing that, let it slip. If he still interrupts important adverts relating to the event, tell the staff about it and get screenshots of captain's actions to send 'em to his higher COs.
How often do you think GM's should host events?
Small/not mandatory event: 7 to lots of times a week
Big events: once a week

I'm Quoting Vad here so i don't have to copy paste. Along with everything that vad said, I also HARDLY dissaprove of you getting into GM for messing with GM things like shops and events, along with me witnessing you fucking with the CWU alot and just looking for ways to kill them. This application also sounds completely out of character and almost written by someone else.

You've got a nice app, seem eager to become a gm but I don't know you personally so when taking your character into account I've gotta refer to others, and after reading what Vad and Luka said I don't feel supporting this app at this time would be appropriate. Tone down on the minginess, if your minging is reaching the point staff need to get involved I don't feel you should be trusted with gm perms.
Once I hear or see some good things about you I'll happily reconsider but till things change in giving you a -1
Don't feel too discouraged you had a nice app and shark gave you a +1 based off your event ideas so I'm sure you've got potential but you gotta clean yourself up first.
Neutral. The application is very good but what ive heard about you is not. I have seen you do well in the past but not recently. I have also not seen you active recently at all. Improve activity, and according to the other gms maturity too, and it will change.
Your reputation is too bad for GM sorry to say. You have some really great ideas however I don't really want someone who is known for being a minge/troublemaker in GM especially since they have ULX powers.
