Reason behind warns: something I did a long time ago on accident. The first FAILRP rule however was kind of bullshit, however I don't argue with admins and keep it professional so I did not push my luck. Previous Bans?

I wish to be apart of the staff team due to me being an active morning admin, firstly, something you do not see a lot as most admins are not on at N/A morning, and I feel I can help with staff inactivity and help staff team reputation. I am also very professional and I am a perfect fit for the job of staff. Also, more staff helps DEFN grow and thrive and helps the general reputation. For example, if someone joins and is confused, helpful staff can help make his experience 10x better. Next thing you know, he likes the server and he is recommending it to his friends. First, I have ULX experience as I am a TGM, which helps a lot to know during staff. I also would be a great fit on the staff team, treating each player with kindness and showing them the true DEFN, as explained above. Also, I can help out as I am great for the NA staff sector due to my: 1. activity. 2. Professionalism and attitude. 3. Help increase server/staff team reputation and 4. No. An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
Ask if he has evidence of what happened. Evidence is key in RDM cases as you can not see what happened if there is no evidence. Evidence ranges from: Video proof to a shadow play that records deaths and kills. Also, checking the console/logs can help with you're verdict. For example if the console says
Anarchist killed MPF HELIX 09 1111 using tfa_mwr_br9
and then
MPF UNION 09 1112 killed Anarchist using tfa_mwr_mp5
and then in logs it says that the Helix was killed 1 second before the MPF UNION was killed, that can help make you're verdict, however evidence is key in these situations, especially.

Warn him. Defecting isn't allowed and contact rebel high command to see if he will be excommed or not. It is considered failrp.

How do you handle this?
I continue the sit, however report him to his RP officer/DVL/CMD/Major as he is threatening an IC issue in an admin sit. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
Perma ban/IP ban them both. I do not know if you can't perma ban without permission, but threatening DDOS is big. You also report it to the CEO or Sentinel. Primarily Sentinel due to him owning the server. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? Record it and ask the Staff Team Leader if it is questionable and see if they are to be punished, if yes, get his discord tag and steam id ready for the STL just to make it easier for him. Note: Laundry BASKET thanks for giving me this opportunity is what I mean.
