And i have moderated other servers too. I know how to handle common situations and deal with rule breakers and i would like to
bring balance in the server. I would also provide fair gameplay as i said before and especially help new players. I played a lot on the server and i know i can really help the members.

What do you do?: [/b]Investigate the situation and try to find the reason behind it. If the Union KOS the Civilian for no reason the it's his fault. If the civilian didn't cooperate with the Union,
for example if the civilian was blocking his way or something then the Union after telling the civilian to leave multiple times he has the right to KOS him. But never KOS a civilian for no reason. I would also check the logs if the Union wouldn't tell me the truth.
[b]An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?: [/b]I would teleport him to another place and explain him that what he was doing it's FailRP and against the rules of the server. I would suggest him to read the rules again. If he wouldn't listen to me and he would say
that what he did was right, i would warn him and tell him again that it's not allowed and if he keeps doing that he can get banned.
[b]You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?: [/b]I would tell him that the he didn't notify the team and even as a CO he's not allowed to threaten STAFF members or anyone else when it's his fault. I would also warn him and notify his DvL or PC.
[b]A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?: [/b]Notify my superiors and ban them, since DDOS threat it's not allowed. I wouldn't permanently ban them, i would ban them like for 1 or 2 hours and then my superiors would handle the situation.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed. What do you do?: FFind out what he's exactly doing, if it's something abusive i would tell him that he's abusing the rules and to stop.
If he would threat me that he will kick me from the STAFF team or something i would notify my superiors.
