I'm finding it awfully funny how I'm seeing a few people here spit their dummies out calling for HECU to have an NCO job due to class equality but yet aren't addressing weaponry and how their rifle is much more versatile than the AR2.
Tl;dr:
Only use the equality excuse if you actually want equality and not just a buff for your class so you can get some people with higher AP.
Literally an advocate for giving EOW the SCAR as well. I don't know what you're talking about, seems like you're just finding excuses to trash the idea. Obviously people are discussing about getting the HECU NCO job in an HECU NCO job suggestion. If this was a "give EOW the SCAR" suggestion, people would discuss that.
Nowhere in that text did I say HECU shouldn't have NCO, because I'm not saying the NCO idea is a bad idea. Just that some of the excuses in the thread are bad.

If this is actually equality you're after, best thing to do would be to go to the EOWR CmD and the EOW DvL and discuss stuff with them about possible ideas for changes to properly iron out the kinks that may exist, such as weapons and whatever else may remain

Already in touch with the DvL and CMD regarding the weapon balance, but in the end it's up to them to take initiative and sort it out with developers. I and Raven support giving them the SCAR as a whole, or making the AR2 equal to the SCAR in terms of attachments and stats. Anyhow, this thread's about the NCO job, so one step at a time.
