Aithead is correct with most things there, except LTAP can also be defined as an attempt to avoid a sit. Switching jobs, changing names, etc. Jumping away... meh. If a person repeatedly runs away then I get it, but just jumping away one time and getting TP'd back... ehh, not really.

The original RDM warn is solid and will remain, but the LTAP is not, and as such the ban will be lifted.
