Yes, I got banned once for LTAP(i didnt even leave the server), but I appealed it. Why do you want to be part of the staff team? I want to come back to the staff team for the 3rd time because I feel like I'm dedicating myself to playing CvR again. I actually feel as if I could do good things while on the staff team for myself, other players, and just in general for the wellbeing of the server. I have plenty of previous experience on the staff team here, considering I was an admin before I resigned last time, and I've been a Senior Infrastructure Moderator for the better half of maybe 2 years now. Why should you be accepted on the staff team? I already kind of put some reasons on why I should be accepted, but I can go over them again. I have previous experience with moderation on CVR itself, but as well as other servers, on discord, and in general quite a lot of experience. I know when to buckle down and be serious but also not be a hardass, since nobody likes those. Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted? Yes.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? First of all, I accept the ticket if one is made, and I bring whoever made the ticket (presumably the civilian) and I start the case by getting both sides of the argument. It's either RDM or it was self defence on the UNION's behalf. If it checks out that the civilian had a gun, or wasn't listening to commands, then the Union isn't in the wrong. However if it was RDM, then I have to warn the Union for his rule break, but at the same time if they're a new player I may just explain to them the rules, since they may have not been trained on it.
A H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
I'd bring him to me in a place where we could quickly talk and I'd say that RP defection is not a thing and is failrp. I'd send him back to his base / a safe location for him to begin playing again, and if he tries it again then he'll be warned. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit, the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? I'd begin by bringing them away, since what they're doing is Failrp, and not allowed. I'd then also report this to whoever is above them, which could be leadership or their colonel, and they'd have to deal with the fact that they're threatening demotions / blackmail to get out of warns.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? Notify other staff, and get them kicked/banned immediately and if I can't permaban, then I'd get their steamid's, ban them for as long as I can, and then forward them to someone who can permaban.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? I'd take evidence of it and then take it to a HA or a member of management. It's probably okay.
