What is your suggestion? The server usually goes into downtime after a couple rounds which is normal but I see a lot of people joining during downtime but usually no more than 10 people are on at once. I'm based in NA West and a lot of my friends who want play are as well, usually they get off work late and want to play the server but it's dead past 6pm MST (8pm EST). There are a few lightweight addons that allow spawning of hostile NPCs at set locations. I don't know how it would work with the team system though.
Maybe the NPCs could be like Anarchists that just fight everyone, just an idea if there's no way for the NPC's to not target certain people (but I'm sure it's possible).
How would this benefit the server? I feel like this would improve player retention during downtime
