Alma didn't want to appeal (thats why I'm posting it in general discussions) this because let's be fair staff rarely retrieve their warnings/bans, but even I who plays the server every month or so got my blood boiling when I heard what happened, how is this an MRDM Warn and ban ( https://medal.tv/games/garrys-mod/clips/11WKF0SiA8JeN0/d1337Q9UWq8C?invite=cr-MSxjc1UsMzMzODI2MjAs ) when you have been giving a warning using officer chat (red chat) to get off the point so you don't get bombed in middle of the map (one 30 Pop) in one of the most important points on the map in my opinion, he managed to kill 6 rebels and crossfire 4 combines and anyone with the right mind wont say that's a good trade, here is another way of doing it (https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/6...-43-56.mp4) keep in mind both have given warnings (both had the same party thing and both people in the clips knew about it and know it will get TKs, but in case of the other clip no actual been taken (as it should be not all the server should stop playing for a dumb party u can have it in corner or sewers and no one would care)
I just see this as a poor judgment by staff but I wouldn't be surprised if no action will be taken even after this post or if alma changes his mind and make an appeal
you can argue that "oh but he knows how many people he will be cross-firing etc etc" but they had their warning in officer chat and the chose to say and the game should not stop because they want to have a party
it could have happened in the same way if a player had the same perk and walked in and shot the rebels
(the red message is not shown in the clip but u can clearly see people telling him to do it and people have already said that he gave out the warning and I'm assuming staff should have it in their evidence as it 100% will be shown in the logs

Also if he really wanted to kill rebels why did he run a perk that would kill everyone in the room?
With those questions out I would just as berd said prefer for alma to speak up about this. Although from your pov you may think this is unfair, if we bring up questions he should be the one answering them. Primarily so we get the basis of his thought process during that specific time frame. And of course what his response would be.
Also infamous " if you are unsure something is not allowed ask staff" in this case listening to players lead to his down fall cause staff seem to consider this to be mrdm.

Even if he told combine to disperse using OFFICER, he shouldn't have really proceeded if they were still in there. It's a MRDM ban because he TK'd 4 friendlies, which is a 2k res deduction, not a good trade if you ask me (not to mention, there is only a 2 player difference in the combine-rebel kills), but that's besides the point. Kill ratios in bombings aren't taken into account when handing out punishments anyways.

What I said above. He shouldn't have taken matters into his own hands. If combine aren't listening to their COs orders, staff could always be asked to help enforce their orders.
