I wasn't alone, I can tell you the people that was on but they were not in base with me
Also the friend I had talked to aithead about it and aithead cleared it. also I changed it so it has my reason and it looks good (I am retarded when writing things)

Uhhh, I didn't "clear" it. I've talked to the HAs about the rule interpretation, and it's exactly as was interpreted here; You can only do the special kill-in-base things if you are in an Anarchist Faction with 2+ members online. (And no, they don't all need to be participating)

I myself have not seen any evidence related to this at all (screenshots, videos, ect), so don't take this as me saying he did or didn't break the rule.

(For Context, here is rule B4a, the one in question)

Anarchists inside an official gang with two or more members available (on the correct class with correct name) may kill within faction bases with good reasoning.
You may return fire in self defence. (Such as when a faction attempts to apprehend or fire upon upon you)
If allied with a faction, the 2+ anarchists may save allied captives within an enemy base.
Interfering tryouts, training and DBs is still not allowed.

This also states that Anarchist Faction members may save captives in base only as part of the standard 2+ thing, and only that when they're allied with the captive's Faction (Combine/Rebels).

Not gonna quote what you said as it's long as fuck.
But I've seen the question being asked if anarchist could kill captives solo and was told yes (in affairs channel if I recall correctly)

To add up that you also must infiltrate with your second anarchist buddy when killing anyone in their respective base. Meaning that you aren't just supposed to be rushing in solo even if you are in a 2 or more player official anarchist faction.

Ask dodgy or look in affairs channel as I did ask this.

I know you asked this (I was there too) and less than a day ago Dodgy told me the exact opposite, the rule itself even says the exact opposite. Anarchist Faction members may do their special base-killing things so long as 2+ members are online and on the job -with the correct name- with no regards to the 2nd player's participation or assistance.

Idk about solo Anarchists at the moment, the rule would *seem* to indicate you need to be in a Anarchist Faction and meet the 2+ player prereq. but of that I have no idea, as I've not asked.

Regardless, it is likely that when this appeal is resolved the ruling will be made clear, as contradictory interpretations are very common.

Rule B4a.
Anarchists inside an official gang with two or more members available (on the correct class with correct name) may kill within faction bases with good reasoning.
- You may return fire in self defence. (Such as when a faction attempts to apprehend or fire upon upon you)
- ***If allied with a faction, the 2+ anarchists may save allied captives within an enemy base.***
- Interfering tryouts, training and DBs is still not allowed.

This rule effectively means that you as an anarchist need to be in an official, GM/Staff recognized gang (such as KGB) with two or more members online to be able perform the following actions:

Saving captives in an enemy base.
Killing enemies in their base.

Some of you are misreading this part:
"If allied with a faction, the 2+ anarchists may save allied captives within an enemy base." - Out of context, it does look like it's saying that 2+ random anarchists can go infiltrate and kill people in their base.

However, when you actually read it in context with the main headline of the rule itself:
"Anarchists inside an official gang with two or more members available (on the correct class with correct name) may kill within faction bases with good reasoning.
If allied with a faction, the 2+ anarchists may save allied captives within an enemy base."

It is pretty much self explanatory, considering Rule 4a is all about what anarchist factions can do. - The 2+ anarchists (Referring to the ones in the faction) may save allied captives if allied with the rebels/combine. - Nowhere does it say that solo anarchists or those not apart of an actual gang can do this. - It quite literally says that the TWO FACTIONAL anarchists can save them.

I'd like to hear what official anarchist faction you're apart of, but considering Steffan and the people reporting you claim you did it solo, you admit to doing it alone:

"Why should I be Unbanned: I have Evidence that it was false, If it isn't then my reason is that I tired to do e medal in my anarch faction but killed 3 rebels with a prisoner. There were 3 anarchs in my faction on but not in base with me."

That pretty much nullifies your factional privilege to do that regardless. - Written rules > The word of anyone else.

That being said, if you read the rule that clearly, you would've actually realised that it says the "The 2+ anarchists may save allied captives within an enemy base." - Mis-quoting rules isn't really a good defence, at all. - That being said, I hope that when you return, you read your own rules more clearly next time so that this mistake doesn't happen again.

Appeal Denied.
