Why should we remove warn/ban?
Honestly I do not understand how saying help me repeatedly while capped is disrespectful or minging, even if I'm well into the enemy base. One could even argue its in character for someone who is capped, besides that I've had no other problems with any cap classes in the past dealing with me as they either simply have me gagged or just type out their questions (which I oblige to roll against). And I would like to apologize for the fact that I currently do not find it financially comfortable to afford a better microphone, and I am a bit aware of how old source games handle mic quality (poorly), but I have listened to myself speak normally on the mic feedback command and its about comparable to any other player on darkrp. I wouldn't even feel the need to appeal if it wasn't for the fact that me having plausibly a worse mic than average was in fact a significant reason to list. As for the LTARP, as I was waiting for the staff member at the time called to gag me and what not, I was spinning my mouse around and had noticed that my game was blurring, I went into menu to select options but I swiped too wide on the mouse and clicked disconnect. At the very least it allowed me to fiddle with my settings without crashing, but I guess my Internet was too slow to connect fast enough. If I were somehow able to get back on quickly enough (and I tried to get back on as instantaneous as possible), I would directly contact staff asking to be put back where I was just at as a showing of good will. I believe you could even check console or whatnot, it might have the time frame between when I accidentally disconnected to when I rejoined, it should be barely a minute (assuming it recognizes the first time the computer pings to the server).

I think I got poor-shamed by staff who clearly had better hardware than me. Also I believe that MP was a fresh one, I guess it's a tiny bit unfortunate he has to deal with someone who was acting a bit more rowdy than what is usually seen with captures.
Hello, I apologize that even though it was a missclick, that still does not explain your overall attitude towards the whole part of being capped, and your warns show that you have done this before, we had both asked you to just use text to respond, but you kept yelling over your mic, Also it is NOT needed for a staff member to gag you, as that is purely a punishment FOR mic abuse, the part with the mic being poor quality as you mentioned is unfortunate, although to communicate you should've realized we couldn't understand a word you said, especially when we both told you we couldn't understand you. It should not be required for the capture class to type out the questions they have, they are trying to hurry it out so you can both go back an continue playing, and finish their cap without a mace or such infilling. what you did what unfair to the MP.
