I want to be apart of the staff team because there are some actions taken by staff members that I have seen that are, in my opinion, handled poorly, and viewing myself in those situations, I would be outraged, and even saddened by the actions taken against me. Therefore I would like to join the staff team to make sure people get the judgement they deserve, and all situations are handled according to the rules, and executed with fair and unbiased judgement. Also to punish the retards! Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
I think I have a level head in the face of a difficult situation, I can level with people and I can can dictate the best outcome available for a player, I would try to be sympathetic towards all people who had been called into a sit, believing them to be innocent until proven guilty. I really want to take things in the most unbiased and fair way possible, cause I hate those dooky ahh powertripping staff people man, they make me sick!!! Do you understand that you must have "[DEFN]" tag in your Steam name whenever you join CvR?

Bee, Contra, Jambalaya, zyer, mint julep, Sentinel (obvi) An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
I would get both their arguements seperately, starting from the civilian, and then moving on to the Union, then I would have them talk to eachother to see if there was some kind of misunderstanding, and depending on the reasoning or reaction of the union + the input from the civilian I would warn him, or just dismiss the sit, if all goes well anyway. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
I would teleport him to me, and level with him, telling him to get his head in the game, and probably express my disappointment on how he would want to leave such a epic and redpilled division, I really wouldnt want to warn an H.E.C.U member (bias despite what was said above) so I would put my foot down and tell him not to do it again, or there will be dire consequences, ic and ooc. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
First off, id tell him to quit his bs and warn his ass on the spot for disrespecting a staff member, then I would scream at him, saying that I will notifying his superiors off his outlandish actions, and then I would warn him for failure to roleplay, then I would send his ass back from whence he came with a bad taste in his mouth. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
get their steam ids, ban them, ban all of them, contact someone with the power of marikas hammer (ban hammer) and get them to perma ban them, all without a second thought, and then hire a private detective to get their discords and then say very unflattering thigs about them, while posting unpleasant images that haunt them from now until the end of their lives. (for legal reasons thats a joke) You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.

As not only your former glykon but potential Head Admin, I must say foremost that I expected better from you when you told me you were applying. But the truth of the matter is that no matter how well I believe you might perform in game as a staff member the simple fact is that this application is terrible.
Not only was your formatting unremarkable and cookie cutter, but your answers at times seemed either blatantly jokes or display a clear misunderstanding of how we operate as a staff team~ strange as part of your application airs criticism of how we do so.
I will ask of you both as a Head Admin and a friend to reapply in two weeks with a greater level of applied effort and forethought.
