At this point its gona really hard for you to get this ban undone due the reputation you have currently and you wont able to get back in for a long time due to the fact.
Also you trying to get unbanned "because my ip" if im correct when you get banned you get steamid banned means your steam account is banned and not just based on ip you had to make another account on steam just to join so yea I find this ban very valid.
The best chance here I see for you is ether you wait for a very long time or the very hard task of improving your reputation thats currently fucked.
