Is EOD A Counter to every class?

There can be 2 EODs at the same time because they are a unit destroyer and they specialize in killing troops rather than destroying buildings or heavily damaging vehicles
OSS is something that is special because it's a unit killing machine and specialize in destroy buildings/vehicles but to make up the power the OSS is just 1 there can be 2 EODs at the same time flanking and destroying the OSS, most of the times matters on the situation, so NO the EOD is not a counter to every class, the EOD can be heavily damaged by a Mace or sniper that either flanked or got a direct hit on him, he can also be destroyed easily with vehicles or choppers, In my opinion they are both balanced because the EOD can flank while being 2 while OSS in power against every class/vehicle, if there are 2 EODs for some reason or 1 just ask someone to deploy a vehicle because they aren't that powerful against a vehicle or chopper, except if they hide.

the EOD maybe could get a little nerf, no idea.

I don't want them to get a nerf, This thread was mostly made because of how seemingly powerful they are, However several reasons such as an extremely selective roster and deployment rules (which are mostly denied unless rebs getting fucked hard) is what i believe make them balanced, Along with their slow speed where an average unit can be able to flank them.
