Why do you want to be part of the staff team? I wanna be apart of the Staff Team because I want to help out the Playerbase in every way I can, I want to make sure everybody has a great time in the Server, And I want to personally enforce the Rules and Regulations of the Server as a whole and Punish those who break the Rules. I have alot of Respect for the Staff Members of any Server I play, So I want to be apart of the Staff Team to Help them out. Why should you be accepted on the staff team? I should be accepted because I will uphold the Rules and Regulations when on or off duty. I have alot of experience with being staff on Garry's Mod, Ive been staff in about 4 Servers. I have alot of Knowledge on Rules, How to deal with People who break them, And I know how to Put myself in peoples Shoes. I am always Respectful, Friendly, and a Good Sport when I'm on, I'm good at talking to people to calm them down if a situation is getting out of Control. I also do not view anybody Differently, No matter what they may do, look like or what they Sound Like. I have the same amount of Respect for everybody, No matter What. And I always try my best to be as Fair with both Parties as Possible. Do you understand that you must have "[DEFN]" tag in your Steam name whenever you join CvR? Yes, I completely Understand. What do you do? I would teleport to the Civilian, Ask them what happened, then go on from there. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? I would bring him to a staff Sit, Talk to him, depending on how he responds I will continue from there, If he's being Disrespectful and is showing that he doesnt care I would warn him, If he is being understanding and He obviously didnt mean anything by it or didn't know then I'd give him a verbal Warning. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? I would go on with the Sit as normal as My RP Character is not as Important as Dealing with the Rule that was Broken. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? I call a higher up staff Member, and Then Do my Best to Supress those players, Whether that be via a Chat Mute, Kick or whatever Is necessary. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? I take a video or screenshot and go to a higher up to ask them about it.
you have been blacklisted from 2 divisions in the past 3 days for whitelist abusing which is against the rules, id advise you to play more of the server to get used to the rules and community.
