Why should we remove warn/ban?
I have a headset that allowes to mute the mic i am using, but the bad thing if i can turn on and can it be muted, so what happend is that i was explaining in vc why i killed him thinking he was su , i like a dumbass was not realizing was muted then getting ban for been dumb.Talking to cuzzman and he said i should appeel because he cant remove it.SO yea i am a dumbass

i would say it was big miss communication due to the mic being muted, But RDM is still RDM

I do understand that but i really believe he was an Su for my understanding you can kill a combine if u suspect them of been one , i would never use these to kill someone i dont like , i again apologize to him he also told me he didnt want me ban.

On a real neutral as yes he was suspecting him for RDM but in the situation didn’t like explain it so neutral on those terms

It's been explicitly stated that you can kill suspected SUs

Also I understand his mic situation as my headset also as an external mute on the headset itself. I've done that a couple times where my discord is unmuted but my headset isn't

I know Johnny from another community and he wasn't a trouble maker.
I do believe him as I had similar situations happen where I'm talking to people but my microphone was muted and no one said anything.
Also it is understandable that he killed another on the basis of suspected SU. Which is more likely a major miscommunication incident than intentional RDM

I want to add more context to these because these does seem a little loose: I was playing Doom 2016 then swtich to CVR when 30 ppl , i created a new auto squad , i was giving order on mic but no one told me anything on chat they cant hear me or didnt even saw it pop out on text chat, move to E point ( C13 was the map when these happend) i see MPF KISHIN UNION OFC-I Asura , now my pea brain said yea i never seen these guy it an su , i shoot him and he wasnt ,suprise for me, then in VC i apologise , he then puts RDM on team chat, Cuzzman comes ask me why did i rdm him, i explained on VC , Reminder still muted , then comes back says i was gonna get warn and ban for RDM.Then i pm him on discord asking if there was a changed rule for SU ,then he said i didnt gave him a reason why i killed him, then i realize my mic was muted whole game.Panic told him if he could hear me the whole game, told me no and i explained that my mic was muted that why when i was pressing my voice activacion button he couldnt hear me.So yea that the whole thing in context much better explained. I apologize to weather also and told him the story

+1, we all do dumb shit and this seems like a mistake. Johnny doesn't really have a history of RDM as far as I know
