If you don't wish to participate you can stay in your base and wait until it is over. A Resistance Fighter starts PMing you with some questions about a recent event you've done. However, because you were AFK, he has started harassing you. What is your course of action?Bring him, apologise for being AFK and not responding, and tell him to have a little patience and maybe ask someone else the same question if I'm not here. Then answer his questions. What are GM's permissions both inside and outside of events? Inside, you can manage, set up, and monitor events for rule breakers and toxicity. Outside, respond to questions and provide civvies with cars and the such. You are hosting an important Post-Event DB and all of a sudden, the CO's ask you to leave so they can do their DB and exclude yours. What is your course of action? Fuck off, bitch. Ask the COs to wait until I have finished my DB before they start theirs. A Gamemaster who said he would be assisting you in an event later on today hasn't shown up and now the event is running behind schedule. What should you do? Ask another gamemaster to assist me, give him a quick rundown of the rules and set up, and then continue and apologise for the delay. If that isn't an option, continue solo and hope to god it goes right. After getting a green light on an event, you notice there are 3 vehicles deployed at once. It is causing a little lag, what is your course of action? Unless people are complaining, nothing. It isn't my problem if it isn't anyone elses. What's the process GM's take before making events, from start to finish. (This is what YOU think) First: Set up a rough draft including rules, setting, and date/time.
Second: Ask Sentinel or Shark if I could host the event
Third: Once green light has been given, you can go into single player and plan out the build and such for the event.
Fourth: 2 Hours before the event, connect so that you get a slot
Fifth: The final and crucial part, set up the event at the location you planned on the server and ask each CO to call a Pre-Event DB. Then start the event
Sixth: Profit. A Resistance Captain is openly criticizing your event when he isn't in the event itself. It has gotten to the point where he is interrupting your important adverts relating to the event. What should you do? Ask him to kindly stop, this is an event and attendance is voluntary, don't inturrupt a party if you think the birthday boy is laughing too loudly. How often do you think GM's should host events? Once or twice a month to avoid burnout. List three events that you might do if you get accepted (DETAILED AND BE ORIGINAL) [Campaigans and RP Situations are EXCLUDED] Endgame: After securing the Rebel satellite, you’ve discovered that the Combine are creating a Geoweapon that, when activated, will erupt all extinct and active volcanoes, alter the Earth’s geography, and kill all living life! It is up to the rebels to push past the Combine’s defences, and deactivate the weapon before it is captured!
Rewards: 35k Creds to the victors, 25k for the losing side.
Loot Box shenanigans Strange events are happening all around CvR! Weird gold boxes are appearing at every capture point, and they contain random items that could be helpful, or detrimental. You must take the boxes and successfully bring all 25 back to each base (Not 25 per base). Rewards include: Striders, T90s, Resource reset, etc. Anything is on the table for both sides!
CTF: Exactly as it sounds! You must travel to each base and capture their flag and bring it back to your base, provided that your flag is still there. A beacon of light will show from the flag, so don’t try hiding it! It’s a game of 3 caps for one side to win.
Rewards: 20k creds to everyone. h Do you understand and accept the following clause: I will not leak staff information in gamemaster channels or otherwise.
