List all (if any) previous punishments (Warns/Bans)
None

What is your reason(s) for applying for Gamemaster?
I like making the game fun for others
I also got a taste of being a GM when I host a training arena with Vad (got videos of that) and I liked it.

https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL...wIUWxlpbvP (link)

Have you ever been Event Staff or something similar before? If so, list your previous positions.
No

Describe how you react to negative feedback, from constructive criticism to borderline harassment.
I would for constructive criticism either tell them to send it to me via discord or let me grab a notebook so I can write it down to help improve my events. Stuff bordering on harassment I would try and look past the mean words and see what their main problem with the event is and improve from there.

While planning a server-wide Event you realized that it would make hosting it much easier if you had another Gamemaster assisting you, and manage to get someone to help. Unfortunately 5 minutes before the Event is scheduled to begin, they messaged you and said they would be absent. How do you proceed?
I would quickly message and see if anybody else could help, but if nothing else I would just carry on with the event doing the best I could

While planning an Event, you decide to test some of the tools you think would be helpful. You go to the admin room, and start to experiment. Unfortunately, while testing with some NPCs the server crashed. How do you react?
I would quickly press my back record button, and then tell the higher ups (sentinel and desi) about what I was doing in detail and also send them the video.

An NCO has finished training a Recruit, but there are no COs or Staff online to provide the whitelist. What do you do?
I would give the whitelist

While hosting a server-wide Event you have implemented a RP section where players can interact with a computer in order to open a door. Unexpectedly, a CO decides that they would rather that door stay closed (Presumably so that the other side cannot continue), and orders that the computer be destroyed. Given that the door is essential to progressing your event, how do you react?

I would improv around the distraction by doing something like allowing enemy infill units to blow up the door or quickly build a access panel that would allow the other side to open the door by cutting / rewiring a few things.

While hosting a server-wide Event, a CmD/MAJ decides that they dislike it, and begin to openly attempt to get players to refuse to participate. This reaches the point that there are almost no players participating on one side. How do you resolve the situation?
I would go and talk to them and see if I can see what they dislike about it and change it if I can. If they keep persisting I would get staff involved, and possibly get their higher ups involved as a CMD/MAJ should be more sensible than that.

After hosting a server-wide Event, you are in the middle of a post-event Debrief when the COs present tell you to stop hosting your DB so they can host theirs. How do you react?
I would do 1 of 2 things
1. Tell him alright and let him carry on and go do the event DB for the other side or
2. Ask him to be patient and carry out the Event DB a little quicker.

What permissions do Gamemasters have, both inside and outside of Events?
Inside: you are constrained to your event but have lots of power (spawning vehicles, giving weapons, NPCs, dupes/building)
outside: You do basic labor like helping unstuck player/vehicles, spawning vehicles for CWU, Doing shops and such for CWU, Crafting for Grids/engies

While preparing to host an Event, you notice that there are 3 vehicles deployed, and that the server is lagging a bit because of that. What do you do?
I would ask them to undeploy/scrap, if they don't want to I would just delay the event till some of the vehicles died off.

Describe your design process of Events prior to queuing them.
1. Get an idea
2. test it on single player and work out any kinks you find
3. run the event through your fellow GMS
4. get it approved and do the event

Create three Event ideas and describe them below. Be as detailed as you feel necessary. Originality is appreciated, and a lack of details will be penalized.

1.A new biohazard has appeared in a location on the map, it seems to be originating from an abnormally big tree.

A part of the map will be turned in a forest, at its center will be a built tree. Inside this tree I'll have 3ish bark textured with red color boxes that represent the heart of the infection. In Surrounding forest there will be multiple bark texture enemies such as zombies and antlions. The event will be a little ways out as to not interfere too much with the main flow of gameplay. The goal will be to do one of two things either A. destroy the heart of the infection which will quickly kill it off or B. get a engi/grid/medic/helix to synthesis a virus to combat the infection (Which depending on a few decisions and rolls) could end badly. The rewards involved depend on what route you take so if you brute force it "high command" for that faction has rewarded you with some better weapons (get to choose 1 weapon, that is allowed (aka no EOWA sniper) . If you engineered a virus, It could be said that it seems to affect humans by boosting them to superhuman feats. (temp boost to the factions HP, depends on what unit on how much they get) This event would be done mainly at sub 50 people as to not lag the server too much. This event should also probably be done on a map with a forest already available like Defn_main, outlands, and maybe stalker

2.slicker store story

A group of civilians (the players) want to set up a shop, then go upon their quest of epic proportions talking to (GMs/ players that want to help) NPCs depending on what type of store they decided to run. They go around the outside of the map finding these NPCs, again the NPCS will depend on the shop type and what they want to do with it. This event will involve a lot of improv from the GM running it but if done correctly can be very rewarding for the players. Near the end when all is gathered we shift over to an actual shop, prices will depend on what type of store they chose but I will give examples grav gun 2000, medkit 1000, boxes 100 each limit of 2 per person, etc. Now thrown into the mix of actual people coming in will be GM NPCs like a shady fellow who will try and steal an item, or an MP coming in and checking to make sure the owners have all their permits. The rewards for this event will be the money made from the shop and 1 item from the store's stock. The event will end with a local bank coming in a foreclosing the shop (or some other goofy ending). You would want to keep the amount of players actually running the shop to be low 2-4 at most. The people that volunteer to be NPCs will gain a sizeable chunk of credits 10000-20000 or a fun pill of their choice (lamp, hula girl, bird)

3.Dr Breen's manic manhack manhunt

Dr Breen has captured you and it's your job to stop him! In this event the amount of players you have participated is split 1/2 going as manhacks, and the other half as seekers. The seekers are equipped with crowbars or stun sticks (their choice) and increased Hp from 200 - 400 (depending on amount of players) must find all the colored boxes that (somehow) power Breen's manhack factory. The manhacks goal is to defend the boxes (the amount of boxes will be based on player amount again). Finally where breen comes into this constructed on the side is a relatively simple watching observing room where breen (NPC) will be standing. If the manhacks kill all the players then Breen wins, while if the seekers destroy all the boxes, an ally will be able to airdrop in a crate of RPGS. Now sticking out of the breen observing room is a piece of wood, The seekers will blast this and Breen (a NPC) will fall to his untimely death. The teams will switch one or two times. After all is said and done with the players will get a choice of two rewards: a crowbar/stunstick with an RPG or a manhack. This event will most likely be played on stalker as it has a huge build room.

How often do you think GMs should host events?
GMs should host 1-2 biggish event a week with quite a few small one sprinkled in
