How active can you be? I have about 4% of a life, so basically everyday early morning to late night.
Do you have a microphone? Yes, though I often use chat. Previous Warns? None Previous Bans? None, prefer to keep my record as clean as possible. Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. I often get on early morning and notice that there are no staff online, even during high pop mornings. This often leads to MRDM situations where it has gone beyond fun and games and people are actually starting to make reports though there is nobody there to solve them. Due to my lack of a life and active basically everyday, I know that I can solve these issues when nobody else can. I also wish to contribute to the server and interact more with the community, aswell as help the community in the ways that I can, and becoming a member of the staff team would allow me to do this in more ways than before. Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. As stated before I literally have no life, I leave the house once every 300 years, so I can be super active. I have much experience in the past as server staff for many servers such as starwars RP, Half-life RP, and non-RP servers such as sandbox, prop-hunt, and another half-life PvP server that unfortunately died out and shut down. I can promise good results for sits as I have read the rules many times and memorized them (though most of them are common sense). Do you understand that you must have "[DEFN]" tag in your Steam name whenever you join CvR? Yep, I have absolutely no issue with this. Any staff who can vouch for you? Lole and/or Alma probably, I interact with them at least twice a day. An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? Wait for a report, as waiting allows me to know whether the situation is serious or if it has been self-handled. If there is a report or people start complaining in OOC, I will bring the Civilian into a sit and get their side of the story along with any proof/evidence, then bring the Union into a sit and get their side along with any proof of a justifiable reason. If the evidence doesn't prove suffice, meaning the Civilian was in the wrong, I'd close the situation and mark it as handled. If the evidence proves the Union did indeed RDM, then I would give them a verbal warning and explain to them the rules on such a situation. Should the situation continue, I would give the union a written warning and keep an eye on him. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
Check if it was granted by a GM, if it was, close the situation and allow them to continue. If a GM did not approve, give them a verbal warning and inform them that it's against rules as they either need GM approval or to meet certain requirements to defect and/or enter the combine base. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? I'd continue with the sit as normal and notify the CO that doing so would be an abuse of power and could lead to their removal from said rank. Should they continue I would finish up the sit, take screenshots or some other form of evidence, and notify someone such as CmD about the CO with the proof and allow them to handle it. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? I would notify the higher ranking staff about the threats as well as take SteamID's and warn the players about the consequences of making such threats, should they continue making threats, I would hand out written warnings while waiting for a high-ranking staff member to get on. Should it prove necessary and I having the ability to do so, hand out temp bans for as long as I think is necessary and wait for a high-ranking staff member to become available to either take over the situation or to inform me on what to do. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? Check the rules to make sure it is something they should not be doing, if it is something against rules, ask them about the situation and as to why they are doing said thing. If they continue, notify a HA or go to affairs if necessary and inform them of the situation so that they can take care of said staff member.
I'm definitely not a furry, don't look at meh discord profile ;-;
Jokes aside, Neutral. Leaning to +1. You are fairly new as far as I know. Get a bit more experience in the server, get the hang of things and how shit actually works.
Your anwsers are alright tho, I don't think anything is wrong about them
I'm not exactly new, I used to play a long while ago, but I left for starwars RP ;-;.
I'm back now with some rule changes so it feels a lot different to me but now I'm back into the server and am finally used to the new additions/edits.
and what did i say about telling people about the furry thing ;-;
+1
While I haven't seen you on the server much myself, your answers are good and you seem to be a pretty good fit for staff based on that. We have the trial moderator phase for a reason, so I don't think it would hurt to have you on the staff team.

(My personal apologies on the overly extended wait. You may tell the entire HA team that they suck)
