I've been in staff before and currently a GM, i'm just here to help out as much as I can and try and show i'm not a douche to anyone who may think so, i've been with cvr/defn for so long it only feels right to try and help out in any way I can, whether IC/OOC as there is so many people here I genuinely enjoy speaking/playing with.
And if i'm given a chance i'm certain I will do well. Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
I've not only had years of experience (crazy right) but I am well adjusted with the rules and like to think I can read the grey areas and try and decipher punishments accordingly, whenever i've been staff previously I like to think i've done good work, even if I made stupid mistakes, I could always correct them and own up to anything dumb i've done.
I am aslso well acquainted with the players and i am very willing to help out wherever I can, this I think i've shown.

uhhhh maybe sev but i'm schizophrenic so I think everyone hates me. An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
Bring the civilian to the sit here his side then bring the union, gather both sides of the story (if spectating point of death is still a thing view it)
Determine reasoning and see if either side has evidence and conduct the sit from there with whatever info you collected. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
Inform them "RP Defecting" does not exist in normal gameplay, inform him its a clear violation of rules and warn him for spawn camp/inform CO's, normal procedure. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
Inform them they must notify in team chat they are infiltrating/scouting no matter what, and that they cannot punish IC for a reason done OOC, unless it affects their battalion. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
Report to a HA+ with their steamID's and names, if need be permaban them for the HA.(If asked.) You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
Collect evidence and report it to the DoP/HA.(Firstly the HA's, unless they can't be reached, then next one up.)
