I have quite some time on my hands and I stay up late, and wake up early, so I can help with monitoring and helping out. I feel like I can be helpful to the Staff team because I play my part, I almost never complain, and I believe that someone like me can make a difference, this is also the only server that I actually play on any game

I should be accepted to the staff team because, I am a hard working attentive, informative, and responsible person. I am not overly strict nor am I too laid back, I like to keep a balance between all things. I feel that I can keep players having fun and enjoying the community, I am a positive non-aggressive person.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing. 
What do you do? 
I will let my superior know, I will Ask for both perspectives on the situation, from the Union member and the Civilian, and the person in the wrong will be reported to my superiors and probably kos.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect". 
How do you proceed as a staff member? 
Immediately I AoS/KoS, then remind them of the warnings and signs outside of the combine base, inform them that if they want to enter the base, they need to be a combine, and I inform any staff with me at the time 
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go. 
How do you handle this? 
I will record the conversation, inform their superior, I will let them know that behavior like such is unacceptable.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it. 
What do you think you should do? 
They will be warned not to, they will be talked to by me and any staff member on the server with me, and if I have the power to, I will kick/ban them, because its really not fun to have people like this ruin a good server. 
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed. 
What do you do? 
I call them out for their actions in front of everyone, inform other staff, and superiors (if any)

First of all, please for christ sake fix the formatting on this application (Add some spaces and maybe some color to the answers so its easier to read)

Some of the answers are good, but some are also downright wrong (Ex: Don't need to report to superiors for a Civilian RDM sit, don't call out suspicious high ranking staff members in front of them, and other things like that)

You also have a decently low level and your IC Character is not very high ranking (07 UNION). I recommend that you spend some more time on the game and learn more about specific staff situations and interactions. I definitely think that you can get in if you fix some things up, don't be discouraged to reapply again in the near future.

You put no effort into the formatting, anwsers are just wrong. No idea who you are either.

My suggestion, read the rules again, try to figure out how staff actually make their judgements, play on the server more and try to be known, look at other people's apps and see how their formats are. Especially cheeto's. Good luck in the future if you fail this tho
