What is your suggestion?
A: Change how we approach the issue of pocketing. Instead of on damage stopping medics from healing, just have them deal reduced healing to someone who was recently damage, including themselves. So if they heal 100 normally, if someone took damage within 10 seconds, they'd heal 30 instead and vice versa for healing their self.

How would this benefit the server?
A: Playing medic recently if feels very unresponsive, a random feather can hit me and my beam stops with no real indication when I can heal again other than getting used to the timing. This aims to still give them feedback for healing and for playing their role while still punishing a full pocket playstyle (also cause pocketing still kinda is possible rn so long as you stay back, BUT thats not too possible with medkit in active fighting, so this changes them to both be able to compete IN combat).

as a member of helix, I can heavily agree to this. I can understand he defib cooldown, but the medbeam cd is more annoying than anything with the limited amount of time ive played while having it on.
