Why should we remove warn/ban? To start off why the ban should be removed, context is required for the reasoning to make sense. On 12/23/22 on cvr_stalker_defn, me and 6 other people played on the VIP classes: vortigaunts and OSE. Previous to this date, me and 3 other people had made a reputation of "Isle" which had switched from side to side on the VIP classes. Every debrief, we would switch to the other side, such as if we had a combine debrief on OSE, we would switch back to the vortigaunts, and vice versa. On 12/23/22 however, we got on OSE, and we played because the combine was losing the map. We got a few more people and then we got a maximum of 7 people running on OSE with a name format of "Vertigo 'Isle'" with their name respectively. As we got into two squads because a single squad can't hold 7, and then OVA CULTIST OfC-II Serry told us to change our names. Not wanting to deal with changing our names because we usually kept our name the same. So instead, we switched to vortigaunts and changed our name to "Cryptic 'Isle'". On vortigaunts we played a little bit and captured some points. Wanting to even the playing field, we switched back to OSE. We helped to push the rebels back by back capping as a seven-man squad, and then [b][color=#dcddde]OVA CULTIST OfC-II Serry told us once again, "not going to sugarcoat it, change yall's names" (Almost quoted, might've missed a few words). We then again, avoided changing our names by going on vortigaunt and changing our names back to "Cryptic 'Isle'". Same situation, back capped, same deal. Then we went onto anarchist as our refugee faction. Some refugee activities later, base raid, stealing weapons, etc. Then we all got stripped of our ulx ranks, brought, and jailed. After this, I was warned for FailRP and banned.
[b]Now past the context, and if you skipped it, read it. The RASR ban and warn should have not been a ban and a warn. This whole situation if it was based on the OSE name change should have been an in-character situation. Our OSE whitelists should have been stripped, which this situation is synonymous with a union breaking name format which they will have to be stripped of their whitelist and retrained. I don't know if they have applications to regain the VIP class of OSE but that is not the argument. The warn and ban should not have occurred but only that my whitelist for OSE would have been stripped and I would have to earn it back or lose it. The FailRP was then justified if this was the case, and as for the RASR ban, I don't know what that means. But I apparently did something bad because its a month long. For this issue which should've just been a FailRP warn and then done.
Evidence/Other: Evidence would be posted in the logs of 12/23/22 if they can be accessed because I cannot retrieve chat logs of a server I have been banned off of.

The punishment you were handed is softer than what it should of been. What you detailed is RASR, or repeated intentional rule breakage. (First offense is a month ban.)
If I were you, I would graciously accept the 1 day and think about what you should of done differently instead.
