I say this because before when I was moderator I was a good guy with a good reputation (I think its been like almost a year now). If I am a part of the staff team, I will try to make the best decisions to further the community such as making good judgements on sits and helping other moderators. Lastly, as staff I will be the best as I can be and guarantee (or try to) that the server isn't at chaos even when it's at night and make sure everyone's ticket is answered. For example, I was moderator twice on CvR. Also, I am pretty good with ULX commands. (Except that one time I killed a bunch of combine when I first became moderator but we don't have to talk about that). I have a bunch of more time now for actually being staff and I am mostly on the server trying to make weird contraptions. Lastly, I am unbiased because I don't care if you are combine, rebel, or a friend if you break the rules you're getting warned (or banned depending on the severity) Do you understand that you must have "[DEFN]" tag in your Steam name whenever you join CvR? What do you do? I would take both of them into an isolated area where neither of them can be shot. I would listen to each of their stories of how they got into this situation. From there, I would determine any lies or deceit that either of them said and act accordingly to the sit. This would result in a warn for the Union or not. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? I would take the HECU trying to enter the combine base to "defect" and any cooperating combine try to actually "defect" him. I would take them into an isolated area and tell them that they cannot defect over to the other side. If they continue to not comply, then they will recieve a warn for Fail-RP. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? I would tell the SU/MACE CO that this situation does not involve my RP character and continue on with the sit as normal. If the CO after the sit proceeds to demote my RP character, then I would go to the higher ups to handle that situation. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? I would contact the higher ups on the situation and get their steam id's from the TAB menu. With that in my clipboard, I would proceed to ban them with that if they left the server or just kept constantly changing their name. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? I would contact a staff member that is higher than that one such as an HA or higher. I would obviously record the situation so I could send it to that higher staff member so they could punish them accordingly.

I like some of your answers, and you are an ex staff member, and you are pretty active ingame.
With the HECU defect situation you would warn the HECU for failrp, no questions asked, he should know that isn't allowed.
Also with the SU/Mace CO situation you would tell the SU/Mace CO that you need to announce in chat, you seem to forgot that part.
Overall, I think you have pretty good answers beside those two, I can vouch for you aswell.

Neutral, Basically what wizz said. Also in the UNION RDM could use 1 really small tweak on how you first start off the sit. We don't bring 2 people at once since they argue a lot like that.

The answers are fine. It looks like people don't like to instantly warn cause that's what you would do with the H.E.C.U no questions he should know the rules. Now on the Union question you can't bring 2 people in a sit at once. They would only argue with each other and it would be hell. You are pretty active so I wish the best of luck to you!

Your application's formatting is easy to read and the application is averagely detailed. As some people mentioned, you must give the HECU a system warn on the first offense. Also, bringing 2 people into one sit was the old sit system, considering you've been staff before you'd have to get used to the new one. Which brings me onto my next point. You've been staff before, and then went pretty inactive. If you can give me your word that you'll stay pretty active, I'll gladly vouch for you.
