What is your suggestion?
Let anarchists interact with point objectives. They should be able to destroy logistics caches and pick up command resources, even if they get no rewards from it themselves.
How would this benefit the server? It encourages anarchist to work with the factions instead of randomly attacking both by giving them the option to do point objectives on a faction's behalf. And it gives anarchists one more thing to do besides just killing.
-1, it would probably lead to anarchist being RDMed randomly to see if they have caches or something ect and they would be KOSed a lot more, generally not a good idea

Then the players doing that would be warned? Pretty sure CWU can't be shot either even tho they may have picked up a command resource. (Got to tell them to drop it from what I know)
+1 I'd see this being applicable to anarchists as well with the examples you have stated yourself already Teeth Sex.
Although Destroying Logistics caches would be kinda confusing, if they destroy it will it just go neutral?
for CR it is self-explanatory.
This is one of those things that may work on paper, but would have to be implemented to actually see if it works out.
While there could be cross-faction team play, there’s always (not all the time) gonna be one or two anarchs that horde all the CRs and troll the server, even if that can be stopped by giving them a failrp warn. Furthermore, I doubt the full benefits of such a system would really be seen; it’d probably just cause more confusion and ultimately not become a big thing after a week or two (take taxis or car bombs, remember those?).
I like the potential though, it would add to a bland class and give it a new dimension. My problem is whether or not this dimensionality is needed, or would stay cool for more than a week or two.
Neutral.

I figured point ownership would be given to the faction that did not own the destroyed cache, like normal. Same for the reward for destroyed it. If the point was made neutral, it would allow for some weird stuff to happen. Like if an anarch lands the last shot on a Combine cache while a bunch of rebels are destroying it.

Bel1ve is right. CWU can grab CRs and we have no such problem.
To be honest, what kenny said is the most logical. You can have all this shit put in place but something is still maybe bound to go wrong. I still do feel like anarchs will get raped 24/7

We try stuff, even if it may not work, or we let the class rot. I'm not giving up.

Obviously you should keep trying stuff but this type of solution is not the way good in my opinion.
When it comes to what Ghost says, sure, CWU can pick it up aswell but you can shoot them if you see a CR being taken away, with Grav gun or by them just walking up to it. It would be within RP reasons as well. But when it comes to the topic of "do you need to warn them", no idea, if they are far, no, if they are near or next to you, yes.
Not only that but CWU are able to bring it back to Combine base to turn it into resources, meanwhile Anarchs will just hold them until they die or get found it carry CR. It's not only gonna be annoying for both sides, it'll just make anarchist hated even more then it already is which is something they do not need
You can't, gotta tell them to drop it based off of latest announcement made by sigma. (Unless it has been changed)
I also don't get the issue with anarchist hording the CRs cause it is not a guaranteed case all points have them. They also despawn after a certain amount of time making it pointless to horde them for too long. Not to forget having that one wandering Partisan/union NCO or perhaps mace/Su that manages to locate these horders and seizing it making it a huge win for combine or rebel.
