Let Trusted use the Light Tool Gun, even they are only allowed to spawn one.
How would this benefit the server?
There are a lot of good buildings/pre-existing structures to build RP stuff (shops, hobo dens, labs, chess clubs, etc.), but a lot of them are dark and have really shitty lighting. Whatever you build in them will always look crappy because of it. You can get a GM to spawn you a light, but they often take a very long time to respond, if there is one on at all.
