Technically harboring a ban evader Why should we remove warn/ban?
Here's the story of what lead up to this ban. A while back a cool LVET SGM Slayer was promoted to WO. When he was promoted we were talking about infamous people getting ck'd and I talked about SkyDragon. Next thing you know Slayer DM's me saying that he is skydragon and such. At the time and leading up to now I thought it was totally fake. My mindset was that he wouldn't have told me if he was ban evading since I could just tell someone and he would get cucked. I didn't tell anyone because I didn't want to cause what i thought was an innocent person all this trouble. Now I know that staff are going to say this is justified because it isnt a completely unfair ban I was technically harboring a ban evader. But heres this right, i had no clue that he was telling the truth because he gave no evidence that he was whatsoever. He only told me in words that he was skydragon, no steam or anything to show me. I would show the DM's but I cannot find his name in my Discord DM's which seems suspicious I know.
Anyways in conclusion I think this is a mostly unfair ban because leading up to now I thought he was lying.

While I can get your reasoning for hiding the information, whether it be malicious or because you didn't know the full story, I can't justify your reasoning for not telling anybody about this. I understand why you wouldn't want to tell anyone, as you didn't know the full story. If it was me in that scenario, I would have done the same thing. However, you should have told somebody, and while I'm not against the idea of keeping you banned nor unbanning you, I might advocate for a lesser ban.

I, at the time of writing, had no idea of Slayer's true identity. I just knew him as a CHAD PFC who got to the rank of 2ndLT in the span of a month and a half, which is bonkers. While I can get the claims of him being a hacker, as he's godly in combat and sniping, I have no evidence that solidifies that claim. Ppl jus b salt leemao. Anyways, Loaf, I wish you luck in this appeal, however I cannot see you being unbanned.
