What is your suggestion? A: Make grabbed rollermines inflict to damage towards the person who holds it
How would this benefit the server? A:It would motivate classes who use gravity guns (RECON, Engineer, GRID) to actually pick up rollermines without having to navigate backwards or hoping that the rollermine will hide its spikes
Plus to avoid damaging yourself with a roller don't walk straight forward. Hold the roller above you, to the side, or walk backwards, that will usually avoid the roller touching you

Again you can walk sideways or look up if you want but I don't think it's possible to make you not take damage when holding one
All im seeing is skill issue
People are literally telling u what to do about it to avoid it but u dont want to listen xD also its funny and they deserve to die if they did that mistake

I truly hoped you would have said that rollermine can't explode when grabbed, instead you suggested something that can kinda be easily prevented. By doing what was mentioned by others, holding above your head or going backwards.
Even if your suggestion were to go through what would stop them from simply exploding on their own
