Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. I like the server simply and have met some nice people on here and wish to improve overall passive RP on the Server. Also making the experience for newer players more friendly so maybe they come back for more CvR. So the server can be enjoyed more overall by both factions.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? Pull the UNION to ask him about the situation and separately ask the Civilian for their perspective to more get evidence. (Btw I do that questioning separately to avoid the UNION and Cilvillain arguing over it). If the Civillain was RDMd the Combine would be warned or the Civilian lied as to get the UNION into trouble he would be warned for it. There's also another option that both the Civilian and UNION dismiss the situation and are fine with an apology from each other.
Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need its whitelist, how would you proceed? Ask a relevant CO of the division if he passed it or not. If Yes whitelist will be given, but when he doesn't pass the whitelist will not be given out. The person who made the ticket will be verbally reminded to not create tickets to possibly gain a free whitelist.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
The H.E.C.U. will be warned for it as the only way to defect is either by an Event, Brainwash or Enslavement. Also the warning would be FailRP A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action? Spectate him to get more concrete evidence and check for any scouting missions active for a short time then get him into a sit and warn him for RDM (Spawn camping) if he has aimed, killed and shot people in Spawnborders, or the Rebels recently exiting them.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? I would get video/screenshots of the CO trying to abuse his powers for his advantage. The collected evidence will then be sent to the corresponding division leadership. Then to proceed to calm the situation down with the CO so the original sit can continue with the SU/MACE. When he doesn't calm down and rages on he will be muted or kicked from the server.
A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules? The GRID will be warned as this does not function under the law of physics and would be restricting other player movement in doorways, alleyways etc.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? Try to get their SteamID and ban them from the server for threatening to do DDOS attack/raid and inform Infra/Admins about it. As to get them permanently banned.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? Get some evidence about the situation and then question the high-ranking staff about this to see if it is actually rulebreaking. Then ask a higher ranking staff about this and present the collected evidence of the high ranking staff doing this questionable stuff.
Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action? Mute the NCO to avoid further doxing from him and ban him, with evidence taken.
