Apparently while I was logging out of the server, I got cuffed by an MP. It can take me a bit to log out since, to turn off GMod I usually tab out and use task manager to shut it all off; it turns off faster this way since my PC can be a hunk of shit sometimes. So I assume the MP cuffed me while I was tabbed out and thought I was aware of being cuffed, logging off to avoid the arrest intentionally. This was not in any way my intention, and I feel it's a tad unfair for a ban to be put in place for something I couldn't really control in the end, considering my game was starting to shut off before I was cuffed.
Evidence/Other:
Unfortunately it's a bit difficult to offer proof for something like this.
As someone who witnessed the moment of the ban, Moonpie apparently was rather upset about the fact that he was cuffed, and then just left.
I saw the messages in chat when the MP copy+pasted them over, and it didn't sound particularly friendly, nor did those messages explain the situation. Contacting staff is an option in such occurrences, but I know that you didn't do that.
Now it's entirely possible I witnessed a different situation play out, but I do distinctly remember a UNION being captured and then leaving, then an MP HVY posting his messages from before the UNION left in OOC, then the staff banning the person for LTARP. If it was a different person, that's all fine and cool and what i've said here no longer applies, but I was on for most of the day today, and only saw one ban for LTARP. Do with that what you will.
The way you close the game is ultra gay and you should be aware while being tabbed you there is chance to get involved in RP like being captured. Only because you're staff and had good record, I'll support it this time
