It has been some time ever since i came back around may 2023, right before the last and current weapon pack, MWB, was added onto the server. Since then i have met a lot of people and made friends as well, within both Combine and Rebels, that year was basically the best year i ever could have asked for.
Today i have decided that i should move on from the community, I will stick around if anyone wishes to speak to me, but when it comes to playing on the server i won't be getting on it.
Not many of the new people that i know some look through these forums and go through the same things i did: ranking up, making friends, learning the game/server and generally having fun (at least i hope so.). Know that i have done everything what most could do by being a staff member, a gamemaster, play nearly all the classes and getting better and better with each passing day.
My views and opinions don't really have an impact anymore due to my inactivity and that i have different visions from where the server is going, there have been disagreements yes, but that is part of learning process.
My first CO journey began in Helix under CmD Agony, and making friendships with people like Penumbra, Jimmy, Mises, kami (who should wear a skirt), Aku and many more that i can't count myself.
I would later switch divisions to OTA with Ranger, later becoming its CmD and having an attempt at leading an entire subdivision, it was a rocky time but i have tried my best at it
Now I leave a few messages to some of the people here and my experiences with them:
To Samantha:
You are one of the best people i have met in this community by far, having being a DvL of MPF when i joined up to being a Sectoral and talking to you was just amazing, she is really understanding and was able to motivate me multiple times when I was going through rough times, and learning about her life made me really appreciate what i have.
In short, you are the most based woman that i had pleasure meeting.
To Dama:
I don't know about you but that man had some crazy stories from all the years he has been Planetary, learning the history of CvR before i got really involved is truly something that should be preserved in a cultural landscape where everything is forgotten in a week, I just wish I was there when you were at your peak so i can live through it all as well.
To Yuuko/Biter/Jawa:
you're a very funny and/or zesty guy, i remember meeting you back at biggest Ranger tryout i held as a Ranger CmD, I'll still be hanging out with you and your server don't worry on me ditching your autistic ass.
To Jimmy Bones:
Our favorite tomboy enthusiast, I remember meeting you while you were still in Ranger and moving to EOWA seemed fitting for you tbh, despite your preferences ofc (also you should have let me in EOWA at least once come on maaaaannn).
To the Combine:
Still my favorite fictional empire faction of all time, if it wasn't for all the people in it i would not have had such a great year that was 2023. I wish you all keep beating those rebel scum and always pile on points like the Russians during WWII.
To the Rebels:
you stinky /j
But for real some of you were great people I've talked to, and I am sorry for giving you all the flak for HECU back then too, but then again if I was a rebel main i would've complained about one of the combine classes that would kill me the most like Cross or Mace.
And lastly..
To Sentinel:
Our favorite Texan, the school zone sign shooter, the catboy, the man, the myth, the legend..
In all honesty he is a chill person to talk to, that is if he is not mad at you, then you can only pray you don't get community banned (I'm joking of course, unless you genuinely fucked up)
That is all i have to say, my time on CvR has come to an end, as i said i will be available for anyone who wants to talk to me, my Discord DM's are open, if you have anything to add, you can freely do so.
