Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
I want to become a staff member because from past experience it was fun helping the community. i also want to become a staff member because in the bst time zone there is not that many staff members when i log in until around 3pm bst and sometimes some very not funny minges enter the game and well as the name suggests minge around. I also want to become a staff member because sometimes when there are staff members on they may be afk or busy it does annoy other players now as a no life and a person who spends around 5-8 hours a day playing DEFN I would always be able to take the sits.
Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
Because i am a no life and a person who spends around 5-8 hours a day playing DEFN. And i am active every single day without fail so i would be able to take most of the reports almost instantly causing less annoyance for the players and allowing them a more fun and smooth time on the server. I also have a lot of past experience, 8 months as a GM and around 4-8 months as a MOD and around 1 month being a SCP SL T-MOD and i am loyal and i believe i am a team player.
Do you understand that you must have "[DEFN]" tag in your Steam name whenever you join CvR?

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
Go into logs then damage logs and see if the civ shot first
If they did shoot
I would close the logs and do nothing
if they did not shoot
I would bring both of them (assuming the civ made a report) and explain how i just looked in logs and i did see you (UNION) kill this civ i would then check there warns if they don't have any or don't have any for RDM i would give them a verbal warning if they did have rdm warns i would warn them for RDM.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
I would bring them into the staff area i would then tell them that they cant rp defect as that is fail rp i then go into warns and check if he has any for failrp (defecting) if he did it would be a warn then i would tp him back to where he was and contact his CO's.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
Tell the SU/MACE CO that they can not demote me over a OOC situation if he continues to threaten me i would contact his higher ups with video proof after the sit I would then verbally warn them or warn them for whatever they did and tp them back to where they was.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
Assuming i am a T-MOD i would grab there steam ids and give them to my higher ups with video proof of them threatening to ddos or raid i would also mute them all and jail them all so they don't cause chaos.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
I would ask another person of the same rank or higher is what they are doing ok if they say yes i would do nothing but if they say no i would record them for proof and also ask them to kindly stop.

Never bring both of them into a sit at the same time.
Bring them seperatly, listen to them. Both parties should never meet each other otherwise it'll just turn into a Dark RP sit.
You seem like a solid guy and this APP is pretty good. I hope to see you soon on staff. My only complaint about the app is the "If a CO demotes you for OOC staff stuff." It would definitely be a warn no question at least in my books. other then that I hope to see you as a T-Mod soon.
