Previous Warns? I have 2 warns both of which were given a very long time ago i have not been warned since. The warns are 2 counts of RDM one of which having +disrepsect. Both warns were back in 2018

Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. I would like to become staff as i want to help the CvR server the best i can, whether that be doing a simple whitelist, or dealing with an RDM case. I was a part of the staff team before however, i let old players force me to quit which i regret massively and now realise the lies i had been told. Recently i have seen that a few people have been arguing in OOC and that some people see it right to be mingey i don't like seeing behaviour like this and i want to help keep the server a fun and enjoyable place to be and help deal with those who break the rules put in place. Finally i just want to help the best i can it makes me happy knowing that i have helped someone.
Why should you be accepted on the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences. I feel i should be accepted because i can be a level headed person who will not take advantage nor use the power i will be granted as a staff member for my own sake. I believe i am good with most situations thrown at me, whether that be dealing with a sit for RDM or harassment i will never take sides with someone i know or am friends with on the server. If i was to get staff i will always treat everyone equally as they should be. I was a member of the affairs staff team and helped where i could and spoke with people who needed my support no matter how big or small i made sure i helped them out to 100% satisfaction (however i did leave the affairs staff team). I can admit i can be a bit stupid sometimes but no one can be 100% serious all the time so i do have a fun side to me however when dealing with something as a staff member i will make sure i stay 100% serious.
Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted? I understand and will change my name.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do? First of all i would go to the MPF and ask "why did you kill that civilian?" And i would wait for an answer from him/her whatever the answer whether it be "i didn't mean to" or "he/she got in my way" i will still try to get to the bottom of the killing. Once i have got an answer from the MPF i will then go to the Civilian killed and ask how was you killed by that MPF if he/she says "i just got in the way" or "he/she didn't mean to" then i will leave the situation there and carry on as i was but, if the civilian says "he/she just looked at me and sprayed me down" i would bring both of them to a sit and would try my best to get to the bottom of the killing. If i find that the UNION has indeed killed the Civilian by accident then i would let both of them carry on with no punishment however, if i find that the UNION killed the civilian in cold blood i would then warn the UNION for RDM.
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member? I would warn the H.E.C.U member for Failrp. And would remind them that RP defecting is not allowed.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this? I would first let the MACE/SU know that this is an OOC situation and that them demoting my In-game character without valid reasoning is not allowed. I would then tell higher up staff such as an admin about what happened and would also contact the MACE/SU CmD about the actions of the CO. And then would punish them accordingly.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do? I'd instantly ban them without warning, and would let upper management know of what has happened.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do? I wouldn't get in their way and would let them carry on however, i may record what they are doing and go to higher management just to be sure what they were doing is allowed and not breaking any staff/in-game rules.
+1 Overall good staff app. Needs work on minor grammar and spelling issue(but so does hangman so eh). I’d like to know what The Warns are though so message me on discord if you get a chance.
