A week and a half ban and a blacklist from engie for job abuse Why do you want to be part of the staff team? Must be at least 3 sentences.
Because I want to make this server as easygoing as possible for all the players. I hope to keep all of the toxicity and hackers out of the server. I want to also be able to help out other staff members and keeping the tickets wait as empty as possible

I am currently a Trial gamemaster and a junior infrastructure in this community. I have also been in this community for over a year and I am usually very active. I know a lot of the ULX commands as of right now. Also, as a trial gamemaster I try to help staff as much as possible.
Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted?

Katarina An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
I ignore it unless I get a ticket about it and then I would make a sit then I would hear both sides of the story and then return them or warn the union. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
I would notify the LOR and the PC about it and ban them for a week for Fail RP and also there is no rp defecting and the LOR and PC have agreed to excommunicate person on both sides who try to defect. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
I would let their higher ups know about this and ban him for fail RP since it is an OOC matter. I would also ban him for a day and notify staff higher up as they were using a IC matter as a threat in OOC matters.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
I would ban them for threats against the server and if they continued I would get higher staff to come and help.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
I would tell him to stop and if he doesnt i would notify higher staff to get him to stop so the server staff doesnt have a bad reputation.

I agree with Fadi here, questions are too short and (if what he says is correct) you abused your Engineer ULX.
Ontop of this, although i wouldn't say that you are at your own fault of your LOA's, it's just a bit hard for me to see you being able to do your work properly without issue.
(Also this isn't a reason why i -1'd it but in my personal belief you should oftenly give a verbal first unless it is very obvious that you should not be doing it at all.)
However i would change this to +1 if i could notice you doing your job fine, and if you extended the answers more.

Applicant is known to have....issues when dealing with bad comments. How can we allow you to be staff when your history of dealing with others is not the best?

1. Answers are too short, not too in depth.
2. Abused engineer ULX and admins can spawn props
3. Those were the only 2 reasons. I’ll change this to a +1 once the questions get more in depth, cause besides that you’re good.
