Honestly to help out during low pop, alot of times people cant always be on and ive had to attempt to deal with the occasional raids and minges myself through other means. It would be nice to help out our low pop peeps. Any staff who can vouch for you?

Ask the Civilian in a PM what the mpf killed him for and go from there. Gather as much info as i can before making a sit, or if the civ makes a sit go from there. Somebody had made a ticket saying they passed Sniper applications and that they need it’s whitelist, how would you proceed?
Double check with the CO's for that division and confirm not only the name of the unit but also their steam id. An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
Make sure to inform one of their co's to properly rp defect the unit, as well as the co's from combine performing the defect. A ticket alleging spawn-camp has been made, and the offending party is a member of cross who was found inside rebel spawn borders, what is the correct course of action?
Capture the image of the cross inside base and obtain the steam id of the unit, from there talk to a co as well as issue a warn for spawn camping, however i would also check kill logs to see if the cross had made a kill in that time. You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
Screenshot or record the offense that the co has done as well as the threats, warn them for threating a staff member as well as taking the info and evidence to their CO's such as LC or AIU for investigation. A Grid has created a ball that he has encased himself in and is propelling himself forward using the gravity gun, is this breaking any rules?
Yes, it is breaking the rules on Building, as a GRID would not be able to properly seal himself in a ball as well as abusing the grav gun to make it move. This would be considered FailRP. A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.

Ban them, threats are not taken lightly, as well as notify the server owner and higher ups such as HA's. You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.

Do a double check with anyone higher than them about it, but also record and capture what they are doing to show as evidence. Out of nowhere a random set of numbers resembling an IP has been typed by an NCO has been typed into OOC, what is the correct course of action?
Mute the offending NCO, pull him into a sit and ask about the numbers, take screenshots as evidence and report this to not only his CO's but also HA's, more than likely also BAN him as DOXXing is a BIG nono.
