Yeah , for the rewards part after kenny said its bit unbalanced i read the events part again and I agree I will reduce them like in the Prave team is down event would be like one T90 and random guns stache like some AR2s , or the HECU soldiers with a gun for every one by there choose if its not blacklisted
For the 4 hunters part i know its a breaking of the deployment rules but its just for event and there will be some rules for the hunters 1. Dont enter the rebel base building like in map CVR main they can go around the building to prevent spawn camping 2. The hunter can shoot inside the building or camp a the entrance 3. The hunter cant focus on one area and have to be moving at all time , the hunters are the heart of the event most of us played HL2 HL2 EP1 HL2 EP2 over and over and i think in CVR we miss the feeling of being scared for ur life ingame and people just rush and try to get kills with the hunters the people have to think about what they are going to do and try overcome the enemy by being smart and team work and restore the feeling that the combine is an intergalactic empire and the rebels are just normal humans that want to live in peace and the enjoyment of defeating this kind of powerful force ( for the rebels part) or for the combine the feeling of being undefeatable and having the upper hand
So for the actual gameplay if we see that even with the rules the rebels cant are being overrun like crazy in a way that is not enjoyable we can undeploy and remove 2 of the hunters we need also not to forget that the rebels can deploy vehicles like one T90 in base
This event if going to happen it will be in the time were the server is on his highest popularity and would be 30 rebels on atleast and with this kind of event i think people will join rebels even more and if they actually did some teamwork the hunters are easy to kill we also need to take the FOB part consideration because the rebels will have some time until the hunter can break in to the base that mean some of the hunters will be low on HP
hopefully this make u see my point of view and make u change ur mind

From what I hear and a little bit of what I have seen you are literally getting in trouble non-stop from what I have heard an seen. You seem like a good guy from our brief interactions, however, you strike me as the type who would lack self control as a gamemaster and ultimately abuse their power. Even if you do not outright abuse, I can easily see you veering off from a planned event and trying something new that ultimately ends in disaster (ex giving npcs a gun they really should not have)
If you can write a response to this concern stating why either I’m wrong about you or why you will behave differently as a gm please reply here on the forms and ping me on discord so I can reconsider my rating.
(Edit: your application is very good I would just like a reply to this concern)
Hey u right i have being getting in alot of trouble alot lately but i feel like every player gone through the same thing at some point or will go through at the end the best thing to do about them just learn what u can and see what is acceptable and what not and if i got GM i will be more careful since im now staff and staff is the face of the server for my opinion trouble will happen its in the human nature but how u deal with it and what u learn from it and never get in the same problem over and over again
For the part of balance of the event as GM yes i might do that but it will not see the actual event when it happens because i will show my event to atleast 2 GM or staff since its the first time for me being a GM and i need all the feed back about my event from them so if i didnt spot the unbalancing part other will before it gets so the final cut of the event
I hope this change ur mind and give me a chance to prove my self
“ Hey u right i have being getting in alot of trouble alot lately but i feel like every player gone through the same thing at some point”
I should clarify the amount of trouble you get into is abnormal, this is why it is a concern.
I do, however, genuinely appreciate your attitude towards never repeating the same mistake. That is very important and I’m glad you said something about it. I still have some concerns, however, my interactions with you were fairly minimal and as such it would be unfair for me to give you any rating now that you have responded to my concerns. Good luck with this app and GM, I hope to see you get a chance and improve as you said.
Alright so I really have to apologize on this one, this application has been in the works for WAY longer than it should have because I have been incredibly indecisive about it. As stated in some of the comments, your responses are mostly good and the main problem with your Event ideas was the massively over-the-top rewards. However, as also mentioned in the comments, you have had a weird reputation for being in trouble frequently, and while it is great that you express a desire to not repeat the same mistakes, I would like to wait a little bit for you to better equalize within CvR before I accept a GM application from you.
I do have some other feedback on your application, see it below.
Overall, there are a couple formatting/grammar issues, but none as bad as some of the applications I have reviewed previously.
Event Feedback; -Disregarding the rewards, because we've already gone over that.
1. Would be interesting but unfortunately we don't have Xen models/NPCs for the lifeforms. Other than that, it'd be a pretty good small scale Event.
2. Seems like it'd probably turn out badly depending on what map you hosted it on, as well as the region, current players, and way you dealt with the KOTH-style with repairs as part of the Event. It could be pretty interesting, but i'm a bit skeptical of it.
3. Base raid Events tend to go poorly because the base areas on basically every map are bad for base raids from nearly every perspective. A ready enemy can easily defend, and if they aren't ready the raid will be easy. The correct blend of combat slog and actual back-and-forth action is incredibly hard to get.
Anyways, I feel that I do need to apologize again, and wish you luck in the meantime until you (might) post your next application.

I will remain neutral on this.
