Why should we remove warn/ban?
I was playing cross at the time of my ban, it was low pop (15 rebels vs 6 Combine) and we were being pushed to B , at one point we try to push to C , when we turned the corner someone from behind the garage door killed us all (that's how I came to know the bug), no one said anything about it so I thought nothing of it, I came back where the rebel was and I tried to shoot from the garage door and it worked and I started doing it (I thought its a common thing and its idk a feature or something), at the time there was 1 or 2 staff online, no one said anything when I was doing it and no one complained, rebels even started shooting back at me through the door right away (not all of them), so I didn't think its a bug at all and that is something common because there was no one saying anything and 2 staff clearly knew I'm doing it and no one told me to stop or anything
While I don't think I am out of the wrong because I was dumb and didn't think of it but I still think I should of been told to at least stop by staff who were clearly spectating me and waited 30 minutes to get some clips (and contact HA) to ban me (keep in mind I was talking in OOC about it which in my opinion it's clearly a flag that I didn't know its a bug).
I think the staff handled this poorly and I should be unbanned or at least have it reduced
Again I don't think I'm not wrong but this could of been easily cleared up and solved by staff without resulting to 2 weeks ban
(and no this is not an I'm sry plz unban me appeal)
Evidence/Other:
me talking in OOC about what I'm doing (it's not the only time I said something about I just don't have screenshots of the others) + people shooting me back from the same door itself
You were doing something you didn't know was wrong and you weren't trying to hide it? And a large amount of people knew what you were doing, including some staff members, and no one voiced any problem with it? And instead of just telling to stop staff punished you?
Man, I'm getting some real Deja Vu right now.
i mean if you said that you knew it was reported and didnt know which door, I don't understand why you would shoot through the garage door and not tell staff as soon as you find out

Yes im part of the dev discord doesnt mean i cant do mistakes or my judgment cant be wrong
saying that the bug was mentioned in the named discord is true but from my point of view its never been fixed and people have used it against me that means it's intended to be that way (its not its just unfixable or something)
As u saw ur self i never tried to hide what i was doing and i mentioned it alot of times in ooc
Thats just screams that i didnt know
Who would exploit then call him self out in ooc
You guys waited 30 minutes getiing clips and people *baiting* me to shoot them while i know 2 staff are on and actively playing and im even engaging with them
And i will say it again i kept bring it up in ooc and not a single soul said anything about it
Should i have called staff? Yes but again i know 2 staff members are on and playing and we killing each other
Is there was anything wrong they should of atleast told me to stop or even voiced some concerns
If u simple even said anything about it (yes anything even being confused could of gave me the message i needed to know that it should not be that way)
I can even give HA examples of bugs that are not considered exploit at all and some of them hold great power (in DMs ofc)
while i agree that its definitely an offense and the ban is justified, i cant understand why the admins decided to ban the person instead of verbally warning him to stop doing it and that its bannable, and then ban him if he keeps doing it. I think we can all agree that its not that critical of an offense to reach straight to the banhammer.

I agree. I don't like how this was handled.
Staff could have stopped the exploiting immediately by simply telling OZZ to stop. But instead, staff let the problem persist for 30 minutes to gathering evidence for an unnecessary ban. Now, because OZZ was allowed to openly shoot through the door for so long with staff seemingly permitting it via their inaction, the other players on at the time, now aware of the bug, are likely to emulate OZZ's behavior thinking it is perfectly acceptable.
The whole point of enforcing the rules is to minimize the amount the rules are broken. Sight of that goal was lost here.

I can provide evidence that the 2 staff (Crane and Venom) knew from the start and one of them was spectating me (if I need to)
