The application isn't great, sure you don't have to write a book for each question but I don't see any effort put into this. Like Thunder, I've also seen you having quite a few sits in-game and you didn't take them that well. If you're willing to change, then I'd give you a +1.
You killed me and almost killed a NPU Jury when you walked into Combine Base as a Anarchist, you were not threatened and that means that was RDM again.

I have read a lot of the replies on this application, and that sways my opinion, the application itself is much better than your first one, yet because of me not exactly knowing you personally and because of me reading all the -1s from the community and fellow staff members I am going to have to not support the application.
As Thunder wrote above, the answers are very simplistic or not detailed alot. If you fix you answers i might change my rating.
