I, now having been on this server longer than my last application, believe we need more staff active. Maybe its just the times im on or something else but while there is almost always at least 1 staff on, i believe their should be more on standby. Also i really love this community and i want to see it flourish, not only just the CvR side but EVERY side. I also believe that it would be majorly fun to eventually become a game master in CvR, I would love to set up events to keep the server fresh and alive as well as inclusive to all members.

I believe i should be accepted on the staff team because of my leadership skills and a nice mix of 'real person capabilities'. By this i mean i take into account every single side of a situation while dealing with things. say, for example, someone reports another for TK alright? i would figure out 1. Why the TK happened. 2. How it happened. 3. Who witnessed it. 4. What the damage logs say. and 5. Any extra little additive things that may change the outcome of such a decision. This is only one of the examples i could give to you on further examination and therefore, i believe i should be accepted.
Do you understand that you must change your Steam name to "[DEFN] (Username)" upon getting accepted?
Yes, and i shall do so accordingly upon being accepted if it comes to that.

An MPF Union kills a Civilian but you don't know the reasoning behind the killing.
What do you do?
Ask the reasoning, check the damage logs, and get witness reports. ill base my judgement on all of the sides of the story and act accordingly with giving the union a warn, or doing nothing because it was an accident OR making a compromise and such if the situation calls for such a thing
An H.E.C.U. Soldier enters the Combine base to "RP defect".
How do you proceed as a staff member?
I would tag this H.E.C.U as a FailRP if he argues or has other previous warns of a similar nature. otherwie i would verbally warn him about this being FailRP due to him being an HECU they would never defect, knowing what the combines do to humans.
You find a SU/MACE CO infiltrating without notifying their team in chat. You bring them into a sit to talk to them about breaking the rules. In this sit the CO threatens to demote your RP character if you don't let them go.
How do you handle this?
dont over-react. Keep cool and note what has been said while thinking of a punishment suited for the crimes, DO NOT let emotions in the way. Since a sit is outside of rp, your rp character cannot be demoted. if the demotion does happen that is just another such thing that must be added into the judgement of the punishment.
A group of players comes onto the server and threatens to DDOS or raid it.
What do you think you should do?
Insta-Ban as well as report to GMOD staff. Hacking and raiding speak, even jokingly, will not be tolerated. this way i would also contact the higher up staff to make sure they perma-ban the threat or do what is needed due to, if im just a mod, perma-ban is not an option as i cannot do that. If someone speaks of raiding though i may report it to a higher up and get judgement help, as a raid is a less serious threat than a hack.
You see a high ranking staff member doing something questionable, but you don't know if it is allowed.
What do you do?
i would check what is allowed with an HA, if an HA is the staff member doing such a thing, i would speak to the DOP. i could also go about it by speaking to the staff member directly, asking them what is going on and why they are doing it. if its common-sensical and doesnt break the readable rules i would dismiss the issue. If it is rule breaking i then again would report to a higher ranked member.

Allthough the "Why do you" and "Why should you" questions are answered well, the rest feels skimped out on.
Re-visit the scenario questions and add more "What-if" to the answers, adding more branching possibilities instead of just "One or the other"
