Previous Punishments?

I was fired from being a game master previously due to a small yet still wrong abuse of power, since then i have hence spent a lot of time acting as an admin as well as gaining more control over my, how to say, STUPID  impulses.

What's your reason for becoming Gamemaster?

As an admin i usually watch people and force them to follow rules, overall this makes sure people have fun server wide. Now as a GM i would like the more direct approach of bringing fun events to the server goers, making sure its interesting for new players as well as keeping the server fresh for veterans.

Have you ever been Event Staff or anything similar on other servers? If so please list below.

Yes i have, as previously explained i was a game master before, creating many small, medium, and large events. i have also helped other game masters with their events and take pleasure in actually playing said events as my civilian character.

Explain how you take criticism from other people, from constructive to border-line harassment.

I've been known to take all criticism from constructive to harassment. Sometimes admittedly im bullheaded and brush it off as it would...intervene with my "vision". Most of the time however i take such things in stride and try to make my events and myself better in the aspects I've been criticized on.

A Combine CmD has openly expressed their distaste for an event you're doing at that moment. It has gotten to the point where he is actively disrupting your event. What is your course of action?

Depending on how bad the disruption is i would ask them to leave or stop, if it gets rule-breakingly bad, i would warn him with a mute and/or gag depending on the rules hes breaking. Say he was spamming chat, that would get a mute. or mic spamming, that would get a gag.

A Resistance Fighter starts PMing you with some questions about a recent event you've done. However, because you were AFK, he has started harassing you. What is your course of action?

I would speak to him, trying not to be annoyed, if the harassment is against the rules level i would verbally warn him. if it continued the warn would become placed on him based on rules and guidelines. Now if the harassment was just spam, i expect that, i was afk so its fine as long as us two can speak.

What are GM's permissions both inside and outside of events?

Inside:  You can do whatever your event shows must happen as long as the event and happenings have been approved.
Outside: You can take 'unstuck' requests, but leave sits to mods and admins.

You are hosting an important Post-Event DB and all of a sudden, the CO's ask you to leave so they can do their DB and exclude yours. What is your course of action?

I would ask them to wait until i have finished my DB, if the offer is refused i would wait until their DB is over whilst holding a DB with the other faction in the mean time, going back to my db once the CO's are finished.

A Gamemaster who said he would be assisting you in an event later on today hasn't shown up and now the event is running behind schedule. What should you do?

1. Ask other GMs to help me, that's what friends and co-workers are for right?
2. IMPROVISE, change up the even enough to where only one gm can run it whilst keeping it within the approved guidelines.
3. Sadly cancel the event as you watch all of the eager little CvR ducklings waddle away sad due to a missed event opportunity.

After getting a green light on an event, you notice there are 3 vehicles deployed at once. It is causing a little lag, what is your course of action?

I ask the CO's to put a hold on vehicles as well as wait till the other vehicles die or ask the respective tech/kilo/foxtrot to RTB for de-spawn if able to.

What's the process GM's take before making events, from start to finish. (This is what YOU think)

1. what do i want to do?
2. what do others want to do?
3. what WONT break the rules
4. what WONT break the server?
5. make plans
6. hand them in for approval
7. celebrate due to a well earned approval with some fancy ramen
7 1/2. die because you were rejected and repeat the process from 1

8. get greenlit
9. HOST

A Resistance Captain is openly criticizing your event when he isn't in the event itself. It has gotten to the point where he is interrupting your important adverts relating to the event. What should you do?

ask the man to stop, if they do not do so and they are breaking guidelines then ill mute them for the allotted amount of time.

How often do you think GM's should host events?

Personally GM's should host once or twice a week depending on how many GM's there currently are.

List three events that you might do if you get accepted (DETAILED AND BE ORIGINAL) [Campaigans and RP Situations are EXCLUDED]

1. Pielord's Scavenge Hunt number three!
After all those pies and whipped cream the lord of pies is full of sweets. In order to avoid an upset stomach you need to find 7 mystery items that will heal the gods aliments (the items will be grotesque from spines to skulls to organs). Depending on how many items a faction finds they will receive a certain amount of HP/AP compared to their findings. Anarchists may take only 2 items. everyone (except anarchists and civvies) will be rewarded with a fun gun. within boundaries of course.

2.  The Mind Games
there will be an interactive puzzle on the map, the first person to solve said puzzle will be awarded something fun and grand. However you may work together, and split the prize evenly with however many people you worked with.

3. civil (ian) war!
There will be a topic, a certain question, causing civilians to break into two 'teams'. the majority team gets crowbars and the minority receives stun sticks (as well as hp depending on how vast the difference between the two groups are). The civilians will have an engineer or grid (whatever is available) build them "bases" on a 10 minute time limit. after the limit is up, the first team to capture the opposing teams 'flag' or straight up murder the enemy team is victorious and receives prizes. The 'flag' will be an item of the teams choosing in the rear of the base, the item MUST be grabable and be able to fit through the exit and transverse through the base.

Do you understand and accept the following clause: I will not leak staff information in gamemaster channels or otherwise. I will not abuse my powers in-game or otherwise. I must add [DEFN] to my steam username as soon as I get accepted.

I understand these statements and wholeheartedly accept what they stand for and what i should do as a game master.
